I have a Bio/Titan that doesn't have all his primaries and if I can do it anybody can. I skipped t8 and t9 and 6 slotted Ablative Carapace for health and recharge also put it on auto. That way I could either take an alpha on absorb or HP.

T1 Night Widow Attacks - what do you pick?
Lusiphur Malache replied to Onlyasandwich's topic in Arachnos Soldier & Widow
Make 3 Widows, use each one time like me or have 3 builds on 1 toon. -
If a new team of level 1s start on Goldside how would different alignments affect mission choice or future mission choices? Would teammates be able to select the same mission without breaking up to do so? What impact would a blue or redsider have on the team? For example 3 Wardens, a Crusader, 2 Power, a Vigilante, and a Villain team up, would there be any effection or affection for the Golds?

I'm dumb so if my interest is an offensive powerset I make an offender, if it is support I make a corrupter.

I look at petless Masterminds as what are you doing? You have the most best pets under your control, but you choose to hand over your beer and go watch this y'all. Kinda like a tauntless tank, but that don't belong here. I'm working on a concept of a mm with a single pet that would be better than to go petless imo

I usually work to T4 my Alpha ability and ignore the others so don't have to think about shards and Notices anymore. At least 3 or 4 abilities have been unlocked by then, the question is what do you believe is the next ability to level up, Judgement, Lore, Destiny, or my personal favorite Interface. Maybe you do it all wrong and work on all of them at the same time, just kidding you do you boo boo. Judgement looks nice, Lore and Destiny have level shifts, and Interface put a proc on most powers, Hell even Hybrid must have some use (no it doesn't not really).

That may be my problem. I'm a toggle kind of guy. On top of that I'm dumb and don't pay attention to my health bar until it is almost too late.
-
See I tried this, but kept Power Siphon which wasn't the best idea. Shield Defense is not my thing normally, so I'm completely in the dark with it, but I wanted to see what it was like. Now I know, won't be picking it again.

Today I looked at a KM/Regen scrapper I've retired. It is great fun to play, but it is very different from my brute and I much prefer regen over shield. I'll tuck my brute away and maybe KM will get fixed before I die.

I made a Kinetic Melee/Shield Defense brute awhile back. I've never been good with Shield after multiple attempts add KM which might be the most broken powerset in the game. I really don't know what I was thinking, but I somehow got to 50, was never comfortable at any point. Burned through all 5 free respecs, a couple trial respecs, patron arc respec and a couple bought respec recipes. Went on my first BAF sunday, damn near useless against war walkers, hit Nightstar 3 times, sequestered, hit her 2 more times, got 2 more rings, that's when i wandered off the tennis court over to the chokepoints. I lost count of the number of defeated prisoners I hit late. Siege fight went worse than the Nightstar fight. At this point I was checked out and just wanted that BAF to be over. I didn't think it was possible to hit too hard, I was wrong. Enough complaining, right now I'm undecided as to either strip this toon of everything and storing in my unbuilt base or shelving it until something is done with Kinetic Melee to make it more viable. What do you think?

As much as I hate to use them Tough and Weave are friends you want to stay comfortable with. I've seen some strange things happen around doms, I pulled a boss once with a blaster. Boss was charging me when a late arriving dom showed up. Ran right past me to smack the shit out of the dom. Everyone stopped to let out a collective DAMN

Took quite a few ideas from everyone's suggestions and now my tank is in a better place than I had it. Even used some on my Claws/Dark scrapper that made him a beast on teams. Thanks

So, my gold ride can only be used where I really have no use for it. That sucks, I even have a new praetorian. Nobody to group with and travel powers are fun in Praetorian.

I really have to get one of these

Bear with me this may ramble a bit. I was on a Market Crash with a Fire/Fire Dom. Dumped a bunch of Sky Skiffs to the ground for the team to deal with, suddenly I'm getting zapped from above me. I'm at least 50' off the ground and I'm getting shot down on by a Freekshow, when did this happen? My question is a 8 team of Goldsiders, some Crusaders, some Powers, some Responsibility, some Warden do their alignments affect gameplay? You're street sweeping waiting for something interesting to come through LFG, Does it appear that mobs suddenly have attacks that you're very vulnerable too? Does anyone know what a Goldside Team Transport looks like? Can you make a supergroup in Praetoria and where would you go? Do you have imposter syndrome for a character that gets praised, but you ain't sure you know what you're doing? Explain to me how my Stalker can wipe half a health bar and the mob runs away because Tanker waved them over? I got more questions, but I've been drinking so they will have to wait. Ask your weird questions here if you want and thank you if you contribute an answer that doesn't make me feel dumb like I did when I found a 6 slotted set power that I left out of my tray months ago.

get in line behind the clown, puppies, and pirates fans.

I've made 6 Widows in the last year and a couple soldiers. I even team so players can see one. Widows are just to subtle to be noticed. Did make a Mastermind finally so I may be at the end of the cool kids table.

Need to get a GM in on this. Babbage got dropped into a Kronos afterparty in Talos couple days ago. Also took down a Kronos who crashed an Adamastor party awhile ago. Don't want to leave redside out, Ghost of Scrapyard v DeathSurge I'd like to see it.

I start all my toons on Everlasting. Play there everyday with something. Around level 40 I move toons to Excelsior because there is more high level mission teams. Weekends I play more on Excelsior then Everlasting. Retired toons are moved back to Everlasting, so I can make sure I'm not duplicating a build.

Another definition of evil could be doing bad repeatedly without remorse. The street gangs, Outcast, Trolls, Hellions are continually robbing, vandalising, assaulting all over Paragon City. They can't stop, won't stop, every one that gets "arrested" two more take their place. Apathetic heroes don't even notice them, considering the gangs as beneath them.

Was playing my Widow. When it occurred to me that there is no way to increase the duration or intensity of my claw attacks. I don't believe two separate categories are necessary, but one would be nice. Maybe add a couple Poison IO sets for the Controller secondary, Radiation powersets, and Widows, Claws and Spines powersets.
-
I fell down a Soldier of Arachnos hole awhile back and now I have 3 Soldiers and 3 Widows each has 2 builds going down separate trees. I know there's some duplication between them cause power choices are so limited, but I never play more than one a week, so I don't notice.

Finally made it to 50 on this build. Gave up on not taking Rage, so I gave a thought to mitigating the crash. Through dumb luck I think I might have, sure there's a dip in endurance when Rage wears off, but it is slight and I recover from it quickly. That may be due to me hitting Conserve Power just before the crash. Here is the build at the moment, haven't unlocked Alpha yet. |MBD;22686;1328;1772;BASE64;| |G51YAKyKx/lXLKSkJLigx4yXS5GuPVtuNWgogM+GO84dvxVLsZgsXX2twwLS1WmrlEd| |vJi3QT+lT8vylvk67+tu0Lb2dw9ZLTIPAhyBJf4f7vdrKGltXpRLX7/RLXq6EOL4PJX| |CkBkBCo5sUk2TNZfTuBqRqVzVbNy9n66YyVNV2NHuHPocYc6KYvfIRiwyp6PmbPznPB| |iljfayweVgLMj+jwfHm1WMCiEh1DeYlTAV8Grqg8cV55L7twkBDSmv95wK82xX4PI+o| |cAOIFnwpBXuXU4JoSz9rm7C8zV6Et86QMdHAWY4wwqqG4YZ1ND9XW0jfNKThaGUiiek| |Bp49LKNApW0X0S5so6NoaXLuLJojZEKY/EA+ELHhpW1BoklXqo1rAKXt311RAjpf6vt| |uB5GXl7WxYojvnYcFDwZFuPlOblfzO8DqBeITXaCk8OT9MTn9W5Y0/va4Zvke7nFqE4| |Wad9T1afMIOBCw/1XNxy+zDTqxNyrrgbFhsLEFVrKvKvjXn+CtcWH1/W8bCnxp8SQz6| |pV+UB0aeeah1w64y/Jq7fB/WHiiSYb0FE9Dm3O294D+4ynli3K6xbdX/JP0kEUL3YlS| |OnyCFPtioOEsRsU+pyKx4vvvFYuY0xdunlE3pHrrfvBkm6SY7SXqQ7DD7ot58WYe5VS| |PRji+hmP9RliSb1CRzTrEriS5sdqbQoirYGHRLVAeXC7H2MYN1w82p4NMF32aMr6HYf| |apYKyUPMr4L/QfoxXl8B1mJkZ516jeZtgv5NhR3HxM8+mQWUK9S6mkdKVoIxXVwFvNE| |3MVrEW9iBJl3WWHVIn9VcoQt39ar9w/Em4JacYxSjUANnU5Lsrfz9+RzIHvGd6F6b1F| |jwGgTU5+oBv0m8A/PDP4XVF7ZgiQ97Q/tTLDm0ZfEOMIaRzBb0kOlcUTjuSkCM0f8Ko| |vWrv78FKctY0Ix3/AhhpSdzOfGWeH6seRMRt+q6i369QDolQOFYWx95eB+RTJLH+Qkb| |ZuMUxJ8ZNwQtCHgQOfQ72p5iWdbMoSNeAh0FTzjDeuzfRflNedvFjWUKGm/yTyZJQP+| |HMFVVrNv05QdLe8EhJ1tu4r0qsUNBUoZsmMxYWjPLGa4IQu75A7yt0Uo1ynWPUgJ3lV| |WjgJp+pP3gnRqDWyu/ES9aWD9AN6UZtl+WCrKNIi5Dr8RZpkC0M/wWpqibsYzfbNjTi| |Z3aChjQ7EHZHzVMlS7K67g6Wy6WmyPrJEfopeSW1A0MWZYa4bywhgQXukePHyY7zevJ| |Me3OI0ZLz7p1/ZiQeUbeHChM5gKIRkrUFBLG+aScOtVneiXvLF3CKtiszHop7AOpoD/| |bVyru2fMVp+npdNC/SEfSzwB3d3F3/C/oELXUzz3KT4CZ33GBZGLAJV0U+xF/ZeRVw6| |acEozXjBYRaab86BD4W1TVPlaBWafy6zLEVywopcf14ksdmaPDoTmKfW2GrNUjtnLLa| |1Cr82/TsO4SoX0zdhsFbcHxoZiwwBaZEzc54MRVfGevw7Whf6ORszUt6Z1JNMwBpsix| |gPFY0b2g3aC82EW1cWLmX0Kt+POi0/UxoZyV4ZTmfFB8V394JhckkaQAFGL+xd/5cZl| |qUj3MLOV9soa/NADlou+Gxu8GOZxAeXTzZyvPfdEuyg2s0/LrYV1ZEztiSrh/gOY9+h| |8yOUI+311rxiKYAbBJR9gw1HP7ejX03/JdWLO3j7uG5OnGE/0+wp+gjooDuz8OJ9GLI| |fVIqRrLnZoceOsOW6NCCdXYKCKXtY=| Tanker (Dark Armor - Super Strength).mbd

Fortunata stealth is not as good as Widow stealth. It is possible to build a ranged night widow, just won't be doing what you do best. Crabbermind could work if you're willing to invest in Grant Invisibility.
