i feel like as Villain you have a better time writing those all powerful beings, because no matter how powerful they are the character still has to show ther worth. You could walz in, make a big entrance and claim to take over the world but the avarage person might just go "oh yeah there are 20 heroes of your power level pick a number and get in line". so even the biggest and most powerful villain would start small with jobs only slightly better than the avarage henchman just to show they are not only empty treats but can follow thru with it until people take them serious and they get the respect and the followership they deserve. A Vilain needs the money and the Henchman to build there evil Empire, a Hero needs none of it all they need is a cape. if a powerfull Villain tries to take over the world (or just a small country) with no followers and just there iron fist they would get kicked there ass by at least 5 Heroes on there level.

there are multiple NPC's of the same character all over the game dosnt mean anything, but yes there are no copys placed in the Galaxy City Echo right now

add back Galaxy City as starting zone, buuut its literally still the Echo you access thru Ourobors and your character is an Echo that at the end of the Galaxy city quests gets another quest chain to escape its status as Echo. Up to the escape it could just be the old Galaxy City quest chains, quests that need travel to other zones might need some changes to have them only take place in Galaxy Ciy. i would suspect the old Galaxy City quests are still somewhere in the files, at least i hope so, since its a rather big request and i dont want to burden the Homecoming devs to rebuild those quests from scratch on top of it. if the Homecoming team actually likes my idea that is. 😉 and since escaping your status as Echo would be a big archivement from an in Character point of view give it a nice badge at the end

heavy depends on the character, for exampel in one case its 3 actual costumes using 6 slots because one with the hood up and one with the hood down, and then a swimsuit again using 2 slots one with bathing cap and one without the last 2 slots are then taken at the moment for a winter variant of an existing costume because its snowing in Atlas.... in other cases i might have a bunch of everyday outfits, or different hero/villain costumes

i just want an epic archetype for Praetorian origin. it just feels left out and it would give it a new reason to start from there, it can be entirely recycled from other ATs to i dont care

yup i would love to export and import a base, it also has big RP opportunities if you could do this. Or you just re use an old base from an abandoned SG you started for a new fresh one with a new concept. hell i m starting an RP SG that is meant to have moved in to an old abandoned base of a long defunct SG, it would be cool to maybe use the copy of a base of an actual old defunct SG (with there agreement of course)

you can but there should be a reason why they are weak, i play a character who is a incredible old spell caster, why did the character start on level 1 and why is the character not a good fighter, well because she never even concidered learning any combat related magic and rather focused on magic to make her every day life easier or magic that works well for a party trick. a Goddes might be weak because she is not attuned to the mortal realm, she might be immortal but "killing" her would send her back to the realm of of gods where she would have to wait a 100 years to get another chance to move to the mortal realm. Master psionic? sure maybe old, retired and not as strong as they used to be "back in my prime i could have melted your brain for that thought, at least i can give you a mild headache" that actually gives me a character idea

not all of them but most of my characters are somewhat alien to Primal Earth 21st century culture, all for very different reasons, the ones that come from a different reality are the most fun for me, they can show in depth knowledge of things only a selected view people know about on Primal Earth and the next moment dont know something that is common knowledge on Primal Earth just because there home reality is so different

he dosnt, you are perfectly capable of dealing with those NPC's your self and Lord Recluse knows that. but to reflect that it should be something to unlock, at best really late like at a conciderable high but reachable veteran lvl. give it a mission to, like the old cape missions and have Recluse say something like "you are an Arbiter but in your case you still have to deal with all of those idiots who chalange you yourself because, i know you are capable of it and i have better things to do"

yeah please dont type the accent some of us are not nativ English speakers and have a hard time with some accents typed out

Nvidea shield is an android device at the time there is no android client for CoH. i dont think its impossible but might be a hard thing to do anytime soon especially since the people who work on CoH and the various clients do it in there free time

true, i have MM toons with group fly and there are certain raids (i dont want to say which ones because i dont want even more drama about it) i cant even Participate in because i can be a 100% certain i will get kicked from it at some point just for group fly. this is not an Issue with RP though just my 2 cents to the topic of annoying buffs, because often those buffs are not meant to target other players or disrupt anyone but buffs that are mostly meant for pets and the other player just was in range to

its a great idea to get RP and some inf thru it i cant see any of my characters buying this property or even have a look at it though i hope this idea catches on and there will be more RP oportunies like this good luck

all the localisation stuff is still in the game files, it should be possible to get those working again, however if i m right the localisation was already removed sometime ago on live an all the stuff changed or added would in the best case still be English including content added on homecoming in the worst case those things would be completly broken

so you are telling me you are in a SG coalition consistent of at least 3 SGs each filled with 150 members and no alts? that sounds highly unlikely. and dont want to be this guy or anything but something is a bit fishy about it because the active player count isnt that big, so your SG might have an problem with inactive users and people with altitis secretly filling up the ranks a bit to much

nope i wouldnt wear a specific title just to be identified as being in a specific sg on one or two of my characters, also why does this idea come from an everlasting SG? it is completly immersion breaking for RP if an SG would force you to wear a specific title on all your alt toons
