This is on the extreme end of short sighted takes on the topic because recharge doesn't happen in a vacuum. Hasten makes it easier to get the recharge one wants while also focusing on other bonuses. Of course one doesn't NEED hasten, it's just one of the best tools to help reach build and performance goals. -

Oh yes, I definitely wouldn't want the ATOs replaced for the very reason you state, I'd also like a new set and for it to be focused on secondary/damage powers. -

I'd be all about it if it made my life easier. Really your suggestion I'm not a fan of because I'm lazy and it would require slightly more effort for me since I screw around and take my time a lot. It wouldn't be the end of the world or anything, if it were to go into beta I'd basically just respond in a beta thread like I am here then just deal with, no huge loss. Since it wouldn't require a respec to keep my current effectiveness, I'd just adjust and get over it in like ten minutes. Fifteen if I happened to be a bad mood that day. -
It's absolutely not a dick move. If someone isn't having fun on a team, they should move on. And they sure as hell don't owe any sort of explanation, goodbye, or any communication at all. If they want to leave, they should go for it.

Gonna start by saying I agree that the hard line between perma and non perma Dom is not ideal and overall I'm not opposed to looking at it. But I also don't think it's a big deal. I'm not a fan of this particular suggestion, really because the con you mentioned would have a pretty decent sized impact on me. Not a game breaker or anything, but I wouldn't like it. I did read through the thread, but if this suggestion has been changed I missed it. Giving Doms a better ATO proc/ability would be fucking awesome in my opinion and I love this idea. Obviously the details would matter, but this is the kind of suggestion I can get behind. You can definitely influence the Scrapper crits with their ATOs, but not as much as Stalker crits and optimizing does require some numbers work that people may or may not want to deal with. Though I get you still may not be a fan of that, which I get. -

I don't one star the bad KB users, I one star the people that are super anti KB. Personally I enjoy the chaos of random KB, and I play almost exclusively in melee regardless of AT.

It's my experience the anti KB control freaks people cause almost 100% of the drama on this topic. The most effective tactic is one starring those people and then not teaming with team. No explanation, no comments, no drama. Well there was a bit of drama one time when I kicked one without explanation they zoned and I saw the one stat. But it was all on their end again since I didn't reply to or acknowledge them after the kick.

I don't think that will be the case here, the reactions to a change like that would go over significantly worse than anything we've seen in this thread. Plus the developers have been overall very supportive of farming and welcoming to people powerleveling, most would see that as an extreme change in philosophy. -

No worries, I understood! I just looked up her net worth and she's rich, just not swimming in a gold coin vault rich. Which probably describes my situation in CoH. I only picked Cuban and Dirk because I live outside Dallas and I'm a Mavs fan. I would have picked Luka, but he's still on his rookie contract so he doesn't count yet. -

I think Purples are in a good place right now, so I feel anything too disruptive is unnecessary. Plus if the price needs an adjustment, going cheaper will almost always go over better than raising the price. I see my proposed price as a starter, not something that would need to be set in stone. -

I think if a pack for purples was to be added it should be priced 60-75 million. Assuming the same average take of 1.2 enhancements per pack, that would leave plenty of room for normal price changes, still be priced appealing enough for some people to buy, but not so appealing to crash prices. I think the Windfall temp power having a significantly higher chance to drop from such a pack could be fun too. -

That one I just stick to my price even when I know someone is actively undercutting me, the demand is high enough that it may just take an extra day to move the 75-150 I've posted. The PvP enhancements I'll keep adjusting my buy and sell prices until I squeeze everything I can out of it, then move on for a few weeks. I enjoy those as people will bid creep by like 100 influence at a time. -

Obviously the billion in a day is an outlier and not something reasonable for most people. The 100 million in a week is certainly doable, but also likely overkill for the vast majority of people. Assuming no powerleveling, I bet 25 million or so a week is both easy and fulfills needs on the overwhelming majority of builds. -
