  1. I'll give away a billion influence today to the first person that asks.
  2. Why should someone be able to assume that? If nobody wants what you're selling at the price you want to sell it for, then nobody will buy it. Seems fair to me. If you want the vendor price, then sell to the vendor. Nobody is being cheated. Nobody here is Rockefeller, there are no monopolies or cartels to control pricing. It's easier than even because yellows are valued higher than their actual usefulness. Playing the market is playing the game.
  3. Just like that. Though I do recall that being something consistently requested for this game by players. I would imagine during development that either wasn't considered at all or almost immediately dismissed if brought up. And that's not me criticizing the developers of the game specifically, it was just the norm at the time. I think EA catching a lot of crap from whiny incels about Battlefield V and specific characters like FemShep have helped this issue immensely.
  4. My guess is this is a relic from when the game was created. This sort of issue was simply given less attention.
  5. This scenario wouldn't happen. Purples are not going to go for 1 influence. If someone wants to dump stuff for 1 influence, they should be able to. If someone doesn't, they don't have to.
  6. It's my understanding that it is various things. Enemies not being able to hit you, whether because of floored recharge, to-hit, or high player defenses, though I think the debuffs matter more since those directly impact the enemy. Enemies try and run from almost every patch, taunt auras can override some of this behavior to varying degrees. One shotting enemies can also cause other mobs to flee. As extreme power levels become more and more common, people are simply hitting these various triggers more often.
  7. What's the problem if it's the only thing shared like that?
  8. This would require more button presses when I'm mass dumping or buying things, so that's a hard no from me. More importantly, if someone wants to dump stuff for 1 influence, they should be able to.
  9. Picked up Doom Eternal and it's a lot of fun. I'm not good, but it's still fun.
  10. I like this except it shouldn't exempt KD powers if it's a free toggle. For an otherwise completely free toggle, the entire build should be locked at mag 0. I like this idea better.
  11. This is me, most often it's more than enough.
  12. Archvillains fear Scrappers. So do the other ATs, that's why everyone wants to be a Scrapper.
  13. First, your TV example is not applicable here as that is about patents and not copyright. If Rosing had a patent on his technology, it very well may have expired within 16 years(extremely likely). If that was case, then unequivocally no, Boris should not have gotten credit. Innovation is at least as important as invention. Additionally you don't provide any information on how each person developed the technology. The idea of a television is not eligible for a patent, it is how you do it that matters. Which is why software patents are a bad thing and shouldn't exist since they are almost always a patent on an idea. Ideas without execution/implementation are almost all universally worthless. Quite often components are not copyrightable. Basic shapes or musical chords cannot be copyrighted. But unique fixed expressions that use them can be. Same with words. Nobody can copyright a word, but you can copyright a poem or book. I agree with you that copyright is ridiculous in many ways. I'm actually firmly against literally 100% of any expansion on copyright until we get it under control and it actually makes sense. It's a system ripe for abuse by individuals, corporations, and governments to stifle creativity and quite often speech. Copyright as it exists today does more harm than good. Meaning I feel the world would be a better place if it didn't exist at all compared to what we currently have. That being said, you're criticizing the wrong people here. The fact of the matter is copyright is a liability for the HC team and any platform that allows people to create or upload content. Likely an extremely small chance of it being used against them, but why risk it? The HC servers and the individuals running HC have little to nothing to gain by ignoring it. And however small the risk, it's still a risk. Finally, and most importantly, more specific rules and guidelines on this likely isn't to happen. Because they don't exist. The HC team can only use their best judgment, erring on the side of covering their asses, because only a court or other government sanctioned body can officially say if something is infringing or not. Write your politicians, and keep doing it, letting them know how much IP law has been turned into bullshit. And watch extremely suspiciously and closely anytime a big corporation gets involved in a copyright, patent, or trademark squabble, their best interests usually don't align with ours. It's also a good way to find out when a company is out of ideas and innovations. If they start to sue a bunch of other companies over patent infringement that likely means their best days are behind them.
  14. Holy shit, I didn't know that was a thing! I'm usually right around 10:15-10:30, my best time being 9:15. I'm going to log on just to see how fast I can do it.
  15. I keep seeing suggestions like this and I don't understand why. Surely people realize this simply isn't what most people want to do. I mean people can keep suggesting it, but progression and end game content in the overwhelming majority of games demonstrates it's not a viable solution. Outside of perhaps hardcore survival games perhaps. And if that is really what someone wants, they'll play one of those game.
  16. Like Mayhem Mode in BL3! I like it.
  17. I vote for simply not waiting.
  18. Everybody has you well covered, nothing to really add there at this point as far as your twin's build. But with the information you've provided, I think you should take Vengeance.
  19. There's no AV, I use to farm this TF for that reason back on live.
  20. I haven't tried it myself, but I bet with the sustain powers an exemplared Blaster could kill it at this point. Especially the sets like Ice that have holds and top tier damage.
  21. You're right, they do! Brutes are just Scrappers pissed off that they're not really Scrappers. Only Brute I have is my farmer.
  22. The only reason I would every consider a Brute over a Scrapper is if I wanted to hold aggro. Other than that the Scrapper either does it generally better(DPS) or close enough(survive) to not matter in most situations.
