  2. It's not hitting any harder, the gnashing of teeth was going to happen no matter what. It's just hitting now instead of when they were working on the other parts of the update.
  3. I think it's tough to say with Winter IOs because we don't know how many people are still selling off packs they bought during the winter sale.
  4. You're correct, but I'm wondering how many farmers used their extra influence to buy packs then sell the IOs. It could very well be a statistically irrelevant number.
  5. I disagree. Not all changes are going to be up for debate if it is deemed important enough. All that would have accomplished is a giant distraction then accusations of ignoring players when the changes happened anyway. There was nothing to gain as this appears to be something that was already decided.
  6. All kinds of drama here, fun! But seriously, this change will most likely not be nearly as doom-y as some people are claiming. And if it is, the devs have already demonstrated their willingness to undo changes or make additional changes based on new circumstances/data. People should chill a little bit.
  7. I wonder if this will have an impact on the supply of winter and ATO? If the farmers were the ones supplying a significant portion of them, I could see this having an impact. Took this observation from the patch notes thread.
  8. I have several hundred winter IOs and ATOs sitting in my base. I may cash out in a few months if this does indeed hit the supply.

  10. So in my last comment there is a ton of trailing periods, I didn’t realize I did that until PK quoted me.
  11. Not team quitting, but the team getting kicked out of the task force if the new super master conditions were failed at any point. It's a risk sure, but the reward would be a a new shiny badge and maybe some extra merits. So I'm clear, I don't think current badges or Master rules should be changed or altered in any way at all. This would be a new set of badges and conditions in addition to what we already have.
  12. I think the reputation thing only matters on the days I've won. I think there is some sort of lag or timing thing going on that makes the numbers look weird sometimes. Also I think the old forums rep system factors in somehow to the overall scores, but in a non obvious way, so I think that can also make the rankings look funky...........................................................................
  13. Agreed. It's something I'd love to try. For the really hardcore people, I'd also like the option to immediately end a TF if the Master Of condition was failed. So not only does the team not get the badge, they don't get the merits either. This is something that I feel would need to purely optional and something each member would have to click to agree to. Hell, a team that takes that gamble could even get more merits than a typical run, maybe double. Would make things really interesting when something is the weekly task force.
  14. This is a good breakdown. For almost all non purple and PvP drops, I go with option 1, because it's easy and I'm lazy. If I'm converting or flipping for profit I'll generally pick number 3. Except for Numina's unique, that just sells slow and I'm not willing to go lower, so those sit for a weeks at a time.
  15. This is what got me to move on from The Division 2 after the latest expansion. I hear the newest patch addresses the problem, but..........I've started a few new games. So I don't know when or if I'll make my way back to that game.

  20. I don't disagree at all. If Boomtown is going to be used for new lower levelcontent, like Faultline, I'm all for it. I just backed that one as I assume it's one of the least used and taking over an existing zone seems like it would be easier than making a new one, assuming of course the map stays the same. Just because I'm old and remember street sweeping there, I'd probably prefer Crey's Folly be used over Boomtown.
  21. If the last five are in the 7-10 million range and I'm wanting to sell fast, I'll post for like 5,000,001 or something similar. I only post something for less than a million influence if I don't care at all what it sells for.
  22. I think Boomtown could be a good candidate as very little story content is created is based there. Perez is attached to Atlas, so I don’t think that’s a good option.
