No. The ease of leveling up new characters is the single biggest factor in me sticking around, I have zero desire to grind out character after character for 100s of hours.. If you don't like it, don't do it. Stop trying to ruin other people's fun.- 173 replies

I wouldn't worry about it. If somebody reports you and it gets hit with a generic change, then adjust. Some one off generic isn't going to put your account in jeopardy, it's repeat offenders that might have a concern.

This is my first pass at the build knowing full well it can likely be improved. A few notes I have the needed recharge for the ideal attack chain and that is essential for me to keep if I need to make changes. Should I find another slot for Build Momentum? Another recharge would reduce the recharge from 27.03 to 23.94. I'm not sure what should lose a slot though. I have -res procs in every attack I can With four enemies in Rise to the Challenge my regen is 810%. Is this considered a decent to good amount? It's been a long time since I've played WP, so I don't recall what a good goal should be. It comes to 66.53 hp/sec, which will go higher when I get accolades. My defense are all in low to mid 30s. More would be nice, but not a massive concern for me. Plus that is with Stealth toggled off. I may have it on for fighting if endurance isn't an issue. For now Stealth is there for a LoTG mule. What are the best places for the Scrapper ATOs in this build? I put Scrapper's Strike in Follow Through since it doesn't need a -res proc and I needed all six pieces for the set bonus. So any thoughts or ideas are welcome and appreciated. That is certainly an argument Disney lawyers would make, but I'm not sure it actually matters so long as HC use of Thor is distinctive. If some movie studio were to make a Beauty and the Beast film there isn't anything Disney could do about it (assuming of course they aren't using Disney changes to the story or images).

In general I would think the smaller the organization the more it benefits them to play it safe. If Thor shows up in the next God of War game and Disney has a problem with it, Sony will just tell them to piss off and be fine. If Disney were to take issue with HC for something similar, HC would be wise to immediately back down as lawyers are expensive.

Agreed here. Even on a Scrapper I found Spring Attack to be mediocre at best. Granted this was on an Elec/SD, so those two nukes in comparison didn't help my perception of Spring Attack. Still, I imagine it's outright terrible on other ATs unless that character is just starved for some AoE. My guess is this was done so it doesn't compete with attacks like Lightning Rod and Shield Charge. I get that, but it turns Spring Attack into a very underwhelming power in my opinion.

I think this is wise. I feel I generally give decent to good advice for builds, but I have my biases on what I think is best. So generally that means build advice from me will focus on more recharge and more defense, sometimes at the expense of endurance management. Others will go the other way. Neither is wrong in general, but could be wrong depending on who is asking and what they want. So considering sources and their biases is a good thing in my opinion.

My nostalgia is for more debt! But the debt and travel power availability changes were good QoL improvements for a lot of people, so I don't think either should be changed back. But if they were, I wouldn't be angry. -

I'll leave the how to implement up to other people, I have no clue how easy or difficult such a thing would be. You definitely know more than I do. I'm not opposed to influence sinks, but for it to be effective on this suggestion I feel the price would have to be prohibitively expensive to make the idea overall not worthwhile. I like the temp power idea, if only to protect less knowledgeable players from wasting slots on what I envision as inferior versions of pool travel powers. But if they were to be able to slot common IOs, it wouldn't bother me. But I definitely feel restricting free travel powers from slotting sets and not getting the other benefits, like Super Speed's stealth, is the way to go. If someone is going to invest a power pick in a travel power I feel it should be superior in every way. From IO sets, to endurance cost, speed, etc. -

The power creep argument seems like nonsense to me. For people already min/maxing all it will do is give us a travel power. For the people sorta min/maxing, they'll be a little bit stronger, but not surpassing players that currently skip travel powers. My vote is to give a free travel power at character creation, but a little bit worse than the pool versions and they can't take IO sets. It would be a win all the way around. -

This is what I frequently do. Except I add in Ninja Run. My default bind file switches between Combat Jumping and Ninja Run and has a bind to toggle Jet Pack if I need to get up high quickly. -
