    It's only the ATO and Winter IOs you can't attune before 50 because you can't slot the superior versions until level 50. Regular IOs you can attune before then.

    One of the boosts at the P2W vendor gives some sort of recharge boost, I think it's the offensive one. At level 50 it costs 2.5 million (I think) for an hour and you can but up to 8 at a time.

    This is all reasonable to me, and I don't disagree with you. I'm just not a fan of blind devotion to a formula. And your reply shows me you're not either, so we're on the same page.

    If anything applied, wouldn't it be various publicity rights laws? Which is even more difficult to judge since each state has their own laws, and so does the UK and any other countries the game is played in.

    As far as I'm concerned Combat Jumping is the best power in the game and it helps every build that doesn't use Hover 100% of the time.

    I agree with this. But what would absolutely happen is some people would use the data to call for nerfs to some sets while phrasing it as adjustments or balance. So for that reason alone, I'm not really a fan of the idea even though I would find the data fascinating.

    I prefer Burnout Paradise because I don't have to use brakes. It's like Scrapperlock on wheels.

    I love this! Good story. I don't know how I did it, but my poor understanding of the game led to my Rad/Rad Defender to spend 32-41 in debt the entire time. This was pre-ED, pre debt nerf, all that. I was terrible.

    I still like the idea of giving people 50% xp(or whatever number) if that is what they want. In fact, I think a slider would be ideal.

    Agreed fully here. Especially for a longer Task Force. If a team leader gives expectations after the fact on an ITF or Apex, there is a good chance I'll just roll with it since those are generally very quick. If two missions into a Synapse the leader does something like say every mission is a defeat all, then chances are I'm gonna drop as that sounds terrible to me.

    Is the base XP buffed over how it was on live? FWIW I'm not opposed to your suggestion at all, if some people want less xp I'm all about giving them that option.

    This is acceptable on speed runs. For the ITF specifically I think the biggest issue is the leader not setting the expectations during the team recruiting process. Though to be fair I feel that in general people forming the ITF have gotten better about this.

    It's my understanding that using the command inside a base instance is one of the big reasons people like it.

    You're welcome. It's the build I'm using now and it works well. Endurance is longer fights needs to be watched, but it shouldn't be an issue in normal play Think soloing AVs and Pylons. It's also 2-3 points over the softcap so if you wanted to tweak it further there is some room to play with.
