  1. There is, here is a link to Paragonwiki with the contacts. https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Cimerora
  2. I second this. This is how I essentially farmed my Elec/SD Scrapper from 35-50. I liberally abused inspirations and relied on drops to keep my defenses where I needed them.
  3. Here's my first pass at an end game build. Hits the recharge needed and it's softcapped to all positions. It's a decent start, but definitely room for improvement. I think endurance is going to somewhat of an issue, at least in longer solo AV fights. Beyond defense and recharge, there isn't a lot of focus in set bonuses I'm going for. More S/L, resist, max HP, and regen would be nice and likely very doable with further tweaks. The powers taken after level 38 were primarily for the set bonuses, so I'm not tied to any of them. I'm strongly considering switching to a Patron Pool to take Water Spout or a snipe, but I'm not sure how worthwhile that is. I don't normally take two travel powers, I just did it because there was nothing else I wanted. | Copy & Paste this data into Mids' Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1482;693;1386;HEX;| |78DA65945B4F134114C767DA2DB5A52DBD70954BA5400B14568AA88F245A200845A| |4C6575CCB70894D69B625826F7E0550D0F8A491882F7E10157DD70F608811F09AF8| |60EAE9FE0FC5A49B6E7E33FF33FF99B367669A5A4F7A5E4F3C1815D277356B140AF| |3E98C69E4F3CA74CE18C535D3C88AF2E3A4B7E524329F5259A5F4A461DE45335C89| |24D5A2CA15949E5E2BF7E6D46256ADAB426032B7AC4C952BEA270DF7ECEA6A564FE| |7955AF05ACDF195A5E5E24A6EC963F5A69591AF74D2AB6646991BC1B1FC4A46BF92| |35EEABF994512892D44C59C5E8359D829F9243BCB50B91D084F68EB90FD67C00CFB| |C61BE075365AF64EF0F688DDFC1E66FCC63F0EC11183D0467C82BE1D56483B4B4A0| |1FAC0F3043606310BC4E1E3B3CD26E795C22518F5884620E8E39E2C28AD530D79CD| |885729ECE2F58DF7DC08CDA2C7AFA9931D0170767C9E88257B83A319F24AD96B5DA| |123DC24E8A972BE11DC6CCBE2612DA35E1FF83BEFF1718FC0976FF066F90B70E5E5| |1C75F758FB48055DA923DB0854C061F81E737990FC1391A1B627F6810196AA43570| |3E0D5ECCD9E163D6A2621D6EB0B30E8C7AB8DAE46DE24A36FD15D637B44D21D7758| |AB5202F47CB28EFEC2BE4D1B60B76EF81D197608C77214DDE56CEB395BFB38BB476| |AE64BB0BE337480BF36E85956669E732CC3B4C03EC5C60DE066F9237C2A72A72B20| |69FAA2E3E4D5D7C9ABAF9E43CF30AD183F5B49E6D68B1A7CC2760DF0EF331F89C3C| |BDECE99D44DE7DE360FF04738C990477C913E7EF8A7F46ED062E233630CCBCC47B3| |D02262E825B94A00EAFD43FDA70F23F21F682E61DE21A0EEDF35E68955B4DBFF209| |0D6B95BB5AEAAF8A0E5529892AE542953252A54C5729B31A2F4B8AB414979F6E319| |4D25777E55F40483EBB47A79A94B7506FDB35624C1387FF8FEFC5F8E353CD2E3751| |1BDB1638B8C377651B9C0A11B80A7B91D3F63F9C32E9D4| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  4. I'll have some sort of first run build this evening after work. Playing with it last night, soft capping with SR is easier than I realized, so I don't actually have Maneuvers in this build. There's actually a decent amount of room in this to take extra powers and go for other bonuses besides just recharge and defense.
  5. I forgot to ask, what are you goals for this build and what kind of influence are you willing and able to drop?
  6. I'm just at the beginning of putting together a new build, and it's been a few years, so I"m rusty. Because of work and other stuff going on, might be a few days before I have something solid. But I can give you some starting advice. With a lot(tons of it, really), you can run Midnight Grasp-Smite-Siphon Life-Smite as your attack chain, and that is the ideal one. I don't know the recharge numbers off the top of my head. I really don't like Shadow Maul because of its long animation time and being rooted for the duration. But since DM is so low on AoE I take it while leveling and then respec out of for my end game build. Until your defenses are soft capped, throwing some damage enhancements in Soul Drain isn't a bad idea, but I get rid of all the damage in the power later on so it doesn't kill off all the minions I like to keep around for buffing up my damage. For pool powers I feel Hasten, Tough, and Weave are must haves. More recharge is always good, and needed to really make DM shine. Weave will help you get to the soft cap, and Tough will help when you do eventually get hit. I also suggest Combat Jumping for the extra bit of defense, but it's the extra mobility while fighting that makes it my personal favorite power in the game. Maneuvers is also nice and I plan on taking it, but I did skip it when I ran this build on live and easily reached the soft cap. If you want teleport or fly as a travel power then you'll have to drop one of those. As far as the APP goes, I'm not really sure on this one. On life I took the fire one so I could grab Fireball for a little extra AoE, but never really used it. I'm thinking about taking one of the Patron Pools to add in a snipe. With Soul Drain I think having instant snipe all the time is entirely possible. I don't know if instant snipe would fit into the ideal attack chain though, so if someone more knowledgeable than me has that answer, I would love to find out myself. Siphon Life is a heal power, but if it's in your attack chain I think of it more as regen since it's providing a consistent heal. To maximize Siphon Life it will require some sort of franken slotting to get good heal numbers and the damage you want. Now, the Scrapper ATOs, this I don't know about. Anyone have some suggestions on the best power to put them in? I mean if running the top chain that only leaves Midnight Grasp and Smite, thoughts? As far as the secondary goes, I take every power except Elude.
  7. I have! Looking at the old builds I still have, I'm not quite sure what I was thinking at the time, so I'm starting from scratch. Currently at level 4.
  8. I need to dig mine out! MunkiLord was my most played character back on live, so I'm curious how his build holds up with Incarnate powers. I've been struggling what kind of Scrapper to make MunkiLord this time, maybe I'll just go back to what he was.
  9. I personally don't think it's worth it unless you're trying to solo some high level Praetorian AV and mobs on +4x8 with bosses. And that's going to be slow no matter what because Electric definitely wasn't designed with bosses and AVs in mind with my experience. And for Incarnate TF as trials there are almost always teammates with tons of buffs, so they make up the difference.
  10. Ice Blaster with either Fire or Mental for secondary. Lots of slow and potential for knockdown procs, and Drain Psyche is away.
  11. These are excellent suggestions, thank you
  12. OK, finally got them to fifty and put together some builds. Did Infernal mission at +2x8. The mobs were cake, no problem there. But Infernal was slooooooooooow. Still working out attack and buff/debuff chains, so between that and more Incarnate powers, this will get much better. But Infernal couldn't do hurt us until I started running low on endurance, then he eventually killed me once. Good start, but work in progress.
  13. That's a bit dramatic, you should chill.
  14. Until Iron Man, they were desperate and had few options. The only reason they found a buyer willing to give any significant amount of money was because of their movies, their lawsuit with NC Soft did not help with that in any way. Without the movies, which was the case in 2005, the company was worthless. They took a long shot with a frivolous lawsuit and it didn't work, it happens. Money was the only thing Marvel needed back then, and licensing was the only way they were making any, so they tried with NC Soft. Those that can't innovate, litigate. And in 2005, that was Marvel. It's not a coincidence that Warner owned DC didn't file their own lawsuit. And all of that is a good thing! Because if Marvel wasn't desperate, the MCU never would have been made. They would have been happy to rent out their property forever.
  15. They did. But at the time of that lawsuit Marvel was a failing company worried about keeping its doors open. They were desperate and looking for any source of income to stay afloat so they went for a company with decent sized pockets, that's all that lawsuit was ever really about.
  16. Not me. That's how a lot of people get started. Copying others directly, then a few changes here, then more, then they come up with their own stuff.
  17. In a large sample size the numbers will probably be close to what the game says they should be. That being said, true randomness isn't a thing, so it's entirely possible there is a flaw in the algorithm used. But there would need be a ton of supporting evidence to support that.
  18. If someone has the recipe memorized the crafting cost in cut in half. Also a lot of people, myself included, will just list stuff like that at low prices so it sells quickly.
  19. I agree with everything you say here.
  20. In set conversion is absolutely worth it if you're moving volume. I made around 1.5 billion the last 8-9 days that. Now I spend a good chunk of time doing this everyday, but the profit is there. Sure sometimes I'll spend 40 or so converters trying to get the one I want, but sometimes I'll hit three times in a row. I estimate I spend 13-16 converters per IO. So I factor in about 1.5 million for converting, 500k for rare salvage, and anywhere from 400k-1 million in market fees depending on the specific enhancement. And finally I try and pick ones that sell fast. PvP IOs don't sell super fast, but several of them have a nice profit margin. edit: I'd also like to say this much influence in a week is not typical. This last week is an extreme outlier for me.
  21. I've never really thought about it before, but I like the reasoning for picking the back elevators to avoid potential aggro. That means from now on I will almost always pick the front ones, because chaos is fun.
  22. Charged Brawl's animation is shorter, so if your attack chain is gapless, it's more efficient. Better DPA. I actually don't know the answer for slotting the Scrapper ATOs for this build. But I do know the critical proc goes off almost all the time when it's slotted into Lightning Rod, I assume it would be the same in Shield Charge. So if you stick it in whichever of the two you use last, your next few AoE attacks will likely crit. I did notice your end usage is significantly higher than mine, but that's because I don't have Leadership pool right now. That will change when/if I ever respec my Scrapper. I agree Ageless is probably the best choice.
  23. So very much this. I love my Scrapper, but bosses take a decent amount of time.
  24. Ok, so I made a pass at this. I'll list out what I changed 1. Added in Superior Scrapper's Strike to Shield Charge, it's a good set and gives more recharge and more frequent crits. 2. Swapped Charged Brawl in for Havoc Punch, it's a better attack. But honestly, it's not a big deal as neither is likely to be of too frequent use. 3. Put Membrane Exposure into active defenses. The defense enhancement part will increase the build's DDR, which is always welcome. Especially in the ITF and if you ever wanna try and solo Silver Mantis. 4. Swapped a few sets around to squeeze more recharge into the build. If you use boosters in Hasten, you're about 1 second away from perma. 5. I took all the slots from Boxing and stuck Basilisk's glaze into Char for a better recharge bonus and it saved a slot to use elsewhere. 6. Overall your recover is down slightly, but end usage is down by a little bit more for a net gain. You have 12% less regen, but at this level of regen it's my opinion the additional recharge, end management, and S/L resist more than make up for it. 7. My edits do increase the price probably around 100-150 million and Fireball could use another slot for more damage, those are the two biggest drawbacks to my changes. If you wanted to really go nuts, if you stick Armageddon and Superior Avalanche into Thunderstrike and Jacobs Ladder you could free up a slot for Fireball and likely be able to change up the slotting for something else and free up another slot or two since you would then have more melee defense than you really need, but that's a significant investment for squeezing out just a tiny bit of performance. http://www.cohplanner.com/mids/download.php?uc=1480&c=695&a=1390&f=HEX&dc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| Copy & Paste this data into Mids' Hero Designer to view the build | |-------------------------------------------------------------------| |MxDz;1480;695;1390;HEX;| |78DA65944B4F135114C7EF7406A1EF079482806D11684B694BD5950B4D1434119A9| |010D9D6B1BDD0D1B16DDA315137C64FE1DE808F8D1BFD143E373E3E800B9FA81BA2| |04B19ECEFF14889DB4F975FEF7FEEF39F79C7B5BB831E7797CFECE69A1F8CE9A7AB| |3595C2E35F47A5D36FA0AD72DDD326A55414F7045376B0D43AFC62E9A96714DB764| |2FA9D1CEDC62419A5266E74D59B21A46493721EC8FCFC955596DCAEC72C59066B9F| |32A5C4BB59A995DAE4B59F6D83F17A55E37AA6B5EFBE59CB156B1E8CDDF192ACB46| |B362D443F375A3943D63EAB764B1A0372DD9B83944D94CD177CB2BF869F58855425| |E138E356605D40CE655F0D015D0D5F62AEC75291873837D1EA61774F9993ED04D5E| |055E871286160A803303A087E6A8BCBEBAA9DA9AEF0B18F8CAFC0C863E81F96FE06| |FF2F6F0BE7AD61DB636B0010EDE673E00871E321F81DBE4ED656FEF0EB4C37F98BB| |E0E85F660B3C2210D74B5E27BCC27992A009314E8BB979AFEE74BB764EE1F98F833| |4C78B39C2CBF58890E6E7B5FC2D7A848F560FDA656B89601C5DD821AD9FB3ED9FE2| |6C12CC24184B31D360AE48D3139AF09337CC51C31C55A1A8118E1AB90D4D256D18F| |3D4E108FD18D3C4C431EC38B5054E6F831ACD1DE1AE8DF09A71EEEC7488D90F66B8| |D3B905D5CEE717E53386D8DA185734C11D4870A553DC81147760973C51DE7F546A8| |877093CAA332F334BE044190C92779CBDE3AF116FE23938F582F992F98AF37906DE| |23EF24BCEAE41B875D93DC5B30FF8EF91E5CA7B949AE69328DBE6D9096667FFA09B| |499A7CC0F8891F90806A9A659EE53B6735B489B656D96CFC2A8B6779BE9D33E3151| |6DEF8EB6A6BB4667BB947C9772BC4B39D1A52C76294B1A872545B1156740B43B6A6| |7B2E9DABBFD42C920F71FFB9AAA5C50ECF33010C7FE63A770E6322BD8FBF783FE24| |FC3F5D07FE51EEE26CF862188B3317E8A2E439877F94C0ED24| |-------------------------------------------------------------------|
  25. If I respec after choosing my Patron Pool, can I simply choose a different one in a future respec or do I need to run another patron arc?
