You'll want to look for info on launching thru Steam Deck, which has been done I believe, since Steam can be accessed by Playnite, it may give you an option. You can start with this:

Verify at Accounts at the top of the screen that you are using the game account name listed there with the password created there, also make sure that the caps lock is not on because all of that is case specific.

At the top of this screen you click "Account" then choose "Game Account", it will display your Game Login and allow you to reset the Password.

The game account name should be able to be changed by filing a support ticket. You can view your current game info and change the password at the Account Tab at the top of this page.

Is it possible that the someone edited the base removing the Reclaimater? It is necessary for you to Rez to base. Can you enter base thru a base Portal?

One thought is you may have swiveled your camera view, to reset it, use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom back to where you can't see your character, then zoom out to where you can and see if the controls then work properly.

If you intend on solo play through most content survivability is a huge factor. In that way, Tanks have the highest "toughness" levels in the game, and they make solo play more practical. You should be able to deal with most, if not all content, on your own. Other Archetypes such as Brutes, Scrappers, and Stalkers can also solo effectively, Tanks can do so with less time spent getting an optimal build. As Tanks are Melee based, their Offensive Sets offer powerful animations in most sets especially Super Strength, Battle Axe, War Mace and Radiation Melee. Almost all the sets are about the same damage wise but I would look for ones with multiple "Area of Effect" powers as these give you an edge when fighting groups and add to the feeling of power when fighting. With all that said, I have seen effective Solo Characters from all Archetypes and Most Sets, I just believe Tanks are Easier to build to that end. Play what you find enjoyable and try as many as you wish till you find the best one for you.

You can also enlarge your Paging File Size, which lets programs and the system use part of your available hard drive space as psuedo Ram Memory, it can definitely help when loading from zone to zone or into missions.

I guess the real question is, why are there literally hundreds of Nemesis, DE, Malta, Rikti and CoT on Peregrine Island and so few Carnies? It is the only zone they spawn in Blue Side. All the other groups, except perhaps Malta, are readily available in other zones as well. You would think if a contact says they are causing such Chaos that their numbers need thinning, you would actually be able to find some, lol.

The description seems to fit either a purple set or superior set for the set bonus, but you have to be 50 to slot them. Unless of course they were exemplared on a team, but I would think if you were looking at their set bonuses you would have noticed their actual level there.

Have you tried using the "-usetexenvcombine" launch parameter...It may help. You will find this in the Homecoming Launcher, click the 3 dots next to Ready, then click settings, enter the parameter in the Launch Parameter field. It will use this each time you load with no further effort. Also I have heard there are issues with the way graphics suites try to run the game and it may require using a basic driver. COH is old and requires OpenGL , newer cards may not natively support that.

At what point is account creation failing. Since you have a forum account already, all you need to do is go to the Account Tab at the top of this screen and select Game Account, that is where it will show your Game Account Name and you can set your Game Account Password. This is separate from your Forum account.

If you have not done so, file a support ticket with all relevant information using the support tab at the top of the screen, use the new request tab once on the support screen.
