If I recall the Villain that crossed over was a Brute named "Bubbles" on Virtue, became kind of a Celebrity.

I would try using the " Verify Files " option in the HC Launcher, it may be that you have a corrupt version of the zone that the game can't load.
-
I would try Verifying the files, it is an option on the HC Launcher as well as Tequila. Keep in mind Tequila is no longer actively supported but the HC Launcher is. Just click on the three dots and select Verify from the Menu on HC Launcher. You'll need to look for the options on Tequila, I no longer have it installed so can't give details.

That to me indicates that the issue is pretty close to home, before the path to Reunion or the other Servers has diverged. It might be worth a call to your ISP to see if they can see anything from their end, you may be able to have them move your service to a fresh port, as the equipment is similar to most other ethernet equipment and bad ports happen, or issue you a new Modem/Router, I know Spectrum will give you a replacement Modem on request.
-
Make sure you are installing the game directly on your hard drive, say C:games/homecoming, this avoids windows permission issues. You may need to disable AV during install and then whitelist it.

Mapserver issues are usually client side network issues, sometimes restarting your modem and router will correct it. In some cases it isn't your equipment rather a connection somewhere on the way to the servers that is creating the issue. One quick way to check that is to create a character on Reunion if you play mostly on the NA Servers, or visa versa if you play on Reunion, so that your path to the game is different, and see if the issue still occurs. Setting up a VPN to use to connect has solved the problem in some cases. Installing Wireshark can let you isolate the hops your connection takes on it's way to the servers and identify where the issue is. the IP is 51.161.76.201, you can also try pinging this address, at a command prompt type "ping -t 51.161.76.201' without quotes and hit enter, if this connection is not reliable, you will mapserve.

"i'm on a mac and used launchCat without issue for about two weeks. the last few times i tried logging in. It completes the loading bar, then displays "Creating holding area 100%" and gets stuck there. any thoughts ?" "My launchcat was on the desktop, I moved it into applications and now all works fine. At least for now. Dunno why it worked fine last couple of days but for now I am good so *shrug*' Quotes are from another thread, worth a try? -
That was it, odd but I have had the new tool installed forever and didn't realize I wasn't using it's version, lol. It's always something.

Remember hearing that Rookie and Silent Sentinel had been swapped between the zones but can't locate Silent Sentinel and VidiotMaps does not seem to reflect the change, I'm pretty sure I'm running the newest version and checked and it shows up to date through City Mod Installer.

If you could use in game help from a player it would help to know what shard you play on and when you are usually on.

Are you using Tequila or the Homecoming Launcher? -
There is also a sneaky way to create a secure storage room. Create a Storage room in the main base. Place TP Beacons and Destination Markers in a covert location at each end to TP to and from the room, Test the TP Beacons. Move or create storage racks in the space and transfer the salvage/enhancements you wish to protect there. Remove the bases doorway or hall leading there from the Main base. Only give out the location of the Beacons to get there and Base editing permission to trusted members. Leave Salvage and Enhancements that you wish available to members in the Main Base. Beacons on their own are not visible so place something at the location to mark their location, but be subtle so it's not obvious. A painting or wall item will suffice.

When selecting the Claws Melee power set it would be nice to be able under claws to select "None" to allow the set to be used as if your finger nails are the claws rather than something protruding from the back of your hands. This would allow for the Sabertooth or Lady Deathstrike kind of appearance rather than all Claws characters looking like a Wolverine Variant. There are a lot of Gloves options that would allow this to happen without any new assets, just need the option to opt out of the standard claw choices.

Left the area for a minute, returned and they are back, weird. Also NPCs seeking shelter are back as well.

There have always been safe zones in DA which are surrounded by Runes, including around Heather Townshend, but not today.
