Watching some of the Ebay computer vendors could be worth it, found a Dell Laptop with a 2 GB Video card, that could use up to 16 GB ram ( it had 4 GB ) for $89.99, cost me another $20.00 to max the ram and it plays pretty well, not quite my gaming tower with 32 GB of ram, but it'll do and not a huge investment.

This game is not easy to get newer PCs to run well. It is 20 years old, uses OpenGL, was designed for PCs with dedicated video cards, does not play well with the GeoForce Experience, does not like sharing it's connection and is very sensitive to changes in bandwidth. Ultra Mode can be more than Integrated Graphics or even some basic Video Cards can handle. Let's start with something basic. Try running netgraph, type /netgraph 1 in the chat line and monitor the results, /netgraph 0 turns it off. It will appear in the lower right side of screen. Spike shape: The height of the bar representing server ping time in milliseconds. Short is good, long is bad. Green bars represent received packets. Short = normal/good Long = low bandwidth. Yellow bars represent retransmitted packets. Short = ISP/Router issues Red bars represent dropped packets Short = ISP/Router issues Blocks of Red = Interrupted communications

IO Sets with Level Caps... Do you ever use them?
Marine X replied to ThatGuyCDude's topic in General Discussion
Good to know, I think most people use these for the -knockback and the set bonuses anyway. -
Gotcha, didn't really jump into the Praetorian stuff much before Going Rogue so never noticed.

IO Sets with Level Caps... Do you ever use them?

An example of one that is very popular but has limited level range: Steadfast Protection is a Resist Damage enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 10-30 level range. There are three enhancements in this set: Steadfast Protection: Resistance/Endurance, Steadfast Protection: Resistance/Defense Unique Global, and Steadfast Protection: Knockback Protection Global ( +4 ). Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are limited to one per build. The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power: Two enhancements increases Recovery by 1.5%. Three enhancements increases maximum Health by 1.5% It offers a Unique Combo of Resist Damage, Defense and Knockback Protection but only needs 3 slots for the Whole Set. -

I am not aware of any Enhancement sets that become Ineffective beyond a certain level. There are sets that only appear in a certain level range, say 10-25 but you can continue to get their benefits after you pass their level range, also you can attune them to somewhat scale them to your level. Most sets have a Minimum effective level and it varies by the set, and others require you to be level 50 before you can even install them. The start enhancements are their own thing, I believe they remain effective at any level but the associated PROC that comes with each one only works to a certain level. -
Noticed in " Save Carnies from Praetorians " mission from Unai Kemen, where you are supposed to be rescuing Carnival of Light that the mission uses Carnival of Shadows NPCs.

I would say the issue is not related to the game install as the /netgraph results indicate you are experiencing periodic drops in bandwidth. It could be a router or modem issue or connectivity between your PC and the network. I included some suggestions in my previous post, were able to try any of those?

It doesn't have to be a red bar in /Netgraph to be an issue: from the wiki: Interpreting the netgraph: Spike shape: The height of the bar representing server ping time in milliseconds. Short is good, long is bad. Green bars represent received packets. Short = normal/good Long = low bandwidth. Yellow bars represent retransmitted packets. Short = ISP/Router issues Red bars represent dropped packets Short = ISP/Router issues Blocks of Red = Interrupted communications

So based on your description of the /netgraph results it seems you are experiencing periodic loss of bandwidth. It isn't dropped packets, or a loss of connection. If you are on WiFi, I would try switching to a wired connection and see if that helps. Check and make sure that any wired connections are in good condition and securely connected. If you have your own Router, you could temporarily bypass it and plug directly into the ISPs modem/router. If none of these seem to help, I would request, especially if it is not fairly new, a replacement modem from your Provider, most providers will not charge anything for this, and many times an older modem may have issues interacting with newer equipment on their network.

Added 50+ Rikti in RWZ. I did not include Sewer/Abandoned Sewer or PVP zones because I simply ran out of Room, Croatoan and Cimmeroran enemies are unique to the those Zones. Still a work in progress, trying to keep it to 1 page is a challenge.

In the works, just takes a bit to collect and organize that much info.

If I recall the Villain that crossed over was a Brute named "Bubbles" on Virtue, became kind of a Celebrity.

I would try using the " Verify Files " option in the HC Launcher, it may be that you have a corrupt version of the zone that the game can't load.
-
I would try Verifying the files, it is an option on the HC Launcher as well as Tequila. Keep in mind Tequila is no longer actively supported but the HC Launcher is. Just click on the three dots and select Verify from the Menu on HC Launcher. You'll need to look for the options on Tequila, I no longer have it installed so can't give details.

Check your Caps lock, the User Name and Password are Case Sensitive. Also check to make sure Password adheres to the rules, no spaces or symbols.

That to me indicates that the issue is pretty close to home, before the path to Reunion or the other Servers has diverged. It might be worth a call to your ISP to see if they can see anything from their end, you may be able to have them move your service to a fresh port, as the equipment is similar to most other ethernet equipment and bad ports happen, or issue you a new Modem/Router, I know Spectrum will give you a replacement Modem on request.
