Bananiac

I am now at a point - after stuffing 2 toons with full Pocket Cash applying the practices that the generous folks of this Forum have laid out - where I think I have a good overview about the values and yields of the most important common and rare IO set pieces. Now when I start a new toon (or dig out one of the many idle ones) I start to craft once the recipes start dropping, taking the cheap ones to make them expensive. That usually gets things going much earlier than what I did before, because every one becomes self-sustaining early on with what they have and is not relying on Inf dropping or outside help. And once cash starts flowing, everything else becomes easy. It's a great feeling!

Ahhh, shame! I missed that one! Looks good! Making plans for the 18th, hope to be there again tanking.

@Midnyte Those are great pics! Even with all the pets around, still nice to see everyone. Also nice line-up of pets, funny how well our guests fit in! I will not be doing a recap this week, somehow my screenshots didn't got taken, or at least I can't find them anymore. Work's really exhausting, and I'm just not mustering any nerves to sit down and be original this time. But Kahn was really fun, I enjoyed every moment of it. And it finally took my signature toon to 50! That was a great feeling of accomplishment! @TrixieKixx For saturday I am also considering to show up with an ocean-themed toon: Lord of Waterdeep, King of the Atlantide Rifts, Master of Ebb and Flow, Staff/Bio scrapper and in dire need of a relaxing day at the beach!

Wow! Looks like I missed an epic adventure! We went out to the Cinema yesterday - for the 1st time in like 1,5 years - to watch the new Dune movie. Which was awesome and something I had been looking forward to do since the news broke that there will be a remake! But when I came back later and logged in, I saw you guys still teaming in my friendslist. I had no idea you must have been still on the Reichsmann at that time! 😄 Persistance Badge to all of you!🏅

Hey Rich, I had a thought... How about doing some Patron Arcs on one of the future Wicked Sundays? I am asking for purely personal reasons, because I've never done those and am looking at one or the other now for some of my new-born 50ies builds. I am pretty sure you would know how that works, right? 😉

I will be doing a real quick version of summing up, as life seems to be getting busier and busier every week. Not doing any screens for now, although I have a bunch of real good ones. Just not in the mood to sort through them. Maybe add a few some other time... But I can't resist commenting on a few of the things that happened. As this one was an absolute highlight reel of slapsticky fun! So here are the takeaways from what I can't name anything else but the "Renault-of-Ridiculousness" Theme Team! - There are 2 theories out there: a) All the players in MMOs are guys of varying attractiveness b) Everybody you meet is actually a hot chick You choose what works for you... - Now all the gender questions have been answered! No more questions will be asked! - On that note: no comments on the Pegging issue. We should just leave it there... - Midnyte apparently prints her Boyfriends in a 3D printer. I see a business opportunity there! What's your make and model? - Glad I wasn't the only one who got lost in that Vanguard base. I was about to out myself again when everybody declared to have the same issue 🙂 - And a lessons learned for myself: I should dig out a blaster every once in a while to stay used to Blaster Aggro! Some nasty smashes to my toons lovely face... There were many more entertaining moments. All those moments... will be lost... in time... like... tears... in the rain... Ok, too serious. This was fun! And here is my one pic that I will add. Another Theme Team Classic: P.S.: @TrixieKixx I think it was during the 2nd SF afterwards that we were joking about Oktoberfest Theme. But hey... why not? 🥳 And it is food/drink related! Now how does that sound? 😉 I would have to set a few rules tho!

@TrixieKixx I am tentatively looking at my guy Amphibian Man (Water/Regen Sentinel), if I can get him 3 more levels by saturday. However, as my daughter is having her 16th birthday party on saturday, I am not sure yet if I will be spending the afternoon grilling meat in the garden, or be hiding from the wild bunch of teenage girls in my Save Place in the basement...

Yes, absolutely. And it's the first time I am getting seriously into a toon playing redside content only (or at least mostly). ***** Recommended! Will buy again!

@TrixieKixx I am digging deep into the box of 80ies Classics and will be showing up with Kate Bush's Experiment Four - Sonic / Mental Manipulation Blaster. And this here tells basically her full backstory: You have to overlook those cheap thrill-ride vfx nowadays. But I remember this song giving me some creepy shivers every time I heard it as a boy after I had first seen this video...

I had a blast all 3 times and felt invincibler each time! 😁 I suspect it may have to do more with some insane team buffs rather than my genius in building my toons... I absolutely am looking forward to taking Terra Volta Tours around The Isles next week. Great fun! Thx for the idea.

I will do the same and have a few deserving toons ready and parked in standby for this: Le Savant, Amber Elfling, and then I will decide spontaneously if I will go again with Electric Air Raider or take Betty Bondagebunny on a spin.

@TrixieKixx We have made some plans for tomorrow and most likely will be out, so I am signing off for this week. So, I have a questions about how these things work. I noticed somebody bying up lots of one of the Gaussians this week. Which is fine with me, as I am selling these at or above the market value (which as far as I can say is around 4-5Mil). I assume these are not for personal use, but I fail to understand how this is supposed to make him a meaningful profit. Is it to eliminate supply, then serve demand at a higher going price? And would such behavior qualify as Market Manipulation? This seems to be kinda risky approach, cause people like me are just easily creating new ones and push them into the Market at our own rate. What am I missing here?

Adding to that: I also don't always have one, but people! We need to bring more Bios to these events! Short ones will do, but I really enjoy what can be found on your toons so much! I want more! Other Bananobservations: Apologies for the times we just ran ahead without waiting for somebody getting left behind. That should not be the way we operate (unless somebody checks out with a "You guys go! Save yourself, I will try to keep them as long as I can! Tell my husband/wife I love him/her!"-note....)
