Did a different pass on this Dom, as I was not a huge fan of Dark Mastery on it. Testing around with Psi Mastery but not sold on it fully yet. Looking at the new build there, I have a couple of comments. Please take with it as you will. Chain fences is kinda overslotted, you do not need the purp immob. I would recommend 2-5 slots, Two for a winter AOE IO, then add procs if you want. I would take out the slots out of boxing and I would look at getting in telekenic blast, it will hit harder, and the KB to KD IO makes a huge change for this attack. Drain Psyche must have some ACC in it, my priority for this is ACC - Heal - Rech. I have used more Hami's for that as I was not worried about set bonuses for this more getting 99% to the three above. Your end consumption is high, might look at getting the miracle and numina in there as you need to expect sometimes to miss psyche. Fire shield is under slotted, I think getting four Unbreakable Guard with one being the 7.5 to health and a 3% def IO is a great base. Not sure about how to alot static field, but that DOM ATO is low priority for builds. Subdue is good you can look at adding the +dam DOM IO for helping in attack chain.

Check out the post by @Frosticus, this man is a monster with Earth/Psi, his build is is a best and handles the hard content and AV stomping.

At work currently, so I cannot look full over the build. But one thing I will mention, perma-hasten is a bit rough on Dom, even with Drain Psyche being up quite a bit, the end consumption from Dom attacks, and the blue recovery is a bit rough at times. Usually the best bet is to aim for perma-dom, then fill out an armor defense of your choice, perma-hasten at times hurts more due to the end drain then always having it up.

So for Bane builds they do not get DDR, I run Ageless on them, but my Crab Spider, did have some like 40 or 50%~? I do not have Ageless on him yet, as I have not crafted that for him yet, as I am rebuilding his incarnate powers. I will check when I get home to make sure I am not off. But I know when I got some -def from Longbow I was not absolutley destroyed like my Bane at times. ---EDIT--- Went through and checked, and it Crab does not get DDR, when I was scouring it, there might of been a lingering Destiny buff at a hotspot which gave me a small amount. Still good to know Bane/Crab do not get DDR, so Ageless is good for them

Just ran a retooled a bane I had stale into a crab last night, and they do get some DDR, from what I saw, not a lot but there is some there. I guess their main emergency power, is more their alpha with Omega bomb with the taunt aura is puts up. But they are naturally tanky with the HP, def, and resistance values. But I think I prefer my Night Widow a bit more for tanking as melee > range for that roll.

Yeah, I went through my bane and widow again after page 7 updates. The damage and survival is a big jump for them, and overall DPS they are pushing. I do not think my Widow is fully optimized, but it works wonders and melts groups. I found doing ageless for DDR addition helps out much more than barrier, as it is close to incarnate sot-caps with all buffs a going. Only a few times I felt like I could of went down, but a quick green helps. Adding to this helping with the blue bar to keep it topped up which was fantastic. I will probably have to run a build as a fort sometime to see the ridiculousness of them.

I know for me, I like running placate and AoE immob from the Patron pool to hold mobs tight while I take them down. With the new rebuild I have not really tested against an AV yet with the new tankiness of AVs, but if I had to choose I would go provoke, while it is ST, the -range I think would be better than AOE, as most minions and LTs will drop quickly, with immob and some PBAOE damage, also for some stragglers a couple range attacks like mental blast and poison dart helped clear them. I will have to see what an AV is like without taunt and running.

Artic Air is a beast for end consumption. Perma dom does help with that, but still it will be tight. I would recommend if you can get it the Dom ATO Ascendency of the Dominator in AA. As it has end reduction that should hit diminishing returns levels and confuse duration cap. If you are unable for that I would suggest Frankenslotting it for now. Focusing on End and then Confusion. Also on general end reduction will help a tonne leveling up if you are not fulled loaded with you IO plan and perma dom. Focusing that in the aura and the savage attacks will be the best plan to keep your blue bar happy.

Yeah right now, I run two Winter melee ACC/DAM, ACC/DAM/END, then purple hold proc ATO proc, hold proc, PVP melee proc. I run the five melee purple in heavy mallet there.

I know on my Ice/Psi Dom, I have it in Artic Air as it helps with the power and procs nicely on that. But indeed as other stated best spot is in the attack chain, usually in the hold. My only expection for attack chain procs is I have it in seismic smash as the damage it can help put out is silly.

Just as an update, I moved off more lroc heavy attacks, mainly on psi blade sweep to 5x Armageddon. So the only attack that is heavily proc'd is dominate. I think it helps a lot, and Vigor is a good option to help with end, heal, and acc. I only saw a slight drop in res. Ran some runs at 4/8 and I think the one big issue I faces was with Carnies and if I aggro'd too many bosses with the stacking of -to-hit made it more of a nightmare. The Psi ancillary is very, very helpful with the end consumption, and a nice ST damage boost. For probably hard mode you will want barrier, but I found ageless with the debuff protection much better for general gameplay, to help against some of the mobs you face and to make cloack of fear be more consistent.

I have made a window and a bane recently. So the details are not exactly the same, but I think that was an old big that got quashed a while back. I have not seen odd issues with backpacks recently.

With Psi Mastery coming over for Brutes, it was thematically perfect for my character, and might help out a bit more with some extra juice from mesmerize. Just got a Bane up to 50, and while I started with a travel power, I realized the build on what I wanted did not have space for it. So off it went and felt perfectly fine without it. I am able to clear the zones pretty smooth with athletic, sprint and swift. Once page 7 comes out I will probably do the same with my Widow build.

Nope Items of Power do nothing anymore, but be cosmetic. Once you do the CoP trial you can select the IoP buff option and get a random buff for a week.

The LFG tab has all the TF/SF trials in there, and shows the level range for them. If you want to check in game.

Just as a very high level idea on this for goals for the archetype Dominator, yes +Rech is one of the most important goals to achieve for as getting perma-domination changes the build greatly for a lot of the Control powers that the sets have to offer. Some people can correct me if I am incorrect, but you are looking for about 90% bonus rech outside of hasten to keep it going. Then getting some recharge resistance debuff is good. Usually you will see people just get perma dom, and not perma hasten as there is a lot of sacrifice to builds and efficiency that make it harder than usual. Then I would say you need some defense as well, and this does vary sometimes between what your build is, but I usually feel you do not need defense soft caps for the AT, but you do want some defense. The AOE controls will be a lot of you primary defense, but leveraging the amazing resistance numbers the APP give you with just the various defense bonuses you will get can make it have very nice layer approach to late game content.

The last stalker build I made took some notes on his choices and opinions about the sets, which help give an idea how the build would play. I will add with @Riot Siren, that Rad Armor is not really a C tier armor, as it has been beastly for me. But it is pretty accurate and can give you ideas about fun combos and their effectiveness.

I am on of the People that have spoken about soloing AVs with the Ice/Psi/Psi builds. While I have not tried a lot against lvl 54, They are mixed around different levels. I can attest it solo, as it leans a lot in Psi to abuse the damage resistance and heavy on procs. Ice helps for the -rech which I feel is crucial to help against damage you take. Then drain psyche helps with end work. The toughest one, I recall was DeVore, cause of her Psi resistance. But with Psi Armor and other effects, I had good Psi resistance, so it was about stacking a tonne of holds from myself and Ice pet.

There is a badge for each incarnate alot you have unlocked. Then there is a badge reward for crafting a common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare incarnate enhancement. Nothing for getting X amount crafted, or everything slotted with Y.

I will attest by Ice/Psi/Psi. With the stacking -rech, and the two confuse auras keep a lot locked down when not in domination. Also since Ice strives in melee, psi fits perfectly in that as well as the best options in the melee range attacks for psi, the range attacks are average at best.

I can understand where you are at, I think that is an issue how they tell their story as time changes from 1-50 and only later in the game seem to affect other level portions. I wish they did that originally as what people or heroes do affect various times etc. I would guess this is an alternate time in the future now as Lord Recluse stamped on an insect and changed future heroes.
