  1. Started and stayed on Triumph, mainly working the redside, as that was my jam. But had a few heroes so aid others. The mains I played during that time: V - Mylia Stenetch - Necro/Dark MM H - Radiated Shot - Rad/Arch Def Psicy Chill - Ice/Psi Dom I had others around, but those where my most played, with my MM being the badge-hunter/
  2. I put mine in AA, it does what I need to do, end redux, and set bonuses, that I was looking for. The +damage is a nice little thing, but nothing I really bother with too much.
  3. I have a Ice/Psi/Mind Dom that was a Ice/Psi/Ice originally. I love the build, as you are more doing into melee range and fighting the mobs. I cannot say much about teleports, since I do not have them on my build, but Artic Air is a no-bo with stealth as AA makes it harder to hide. I think fold space could work to pull people in, but I like going Ice Slick -> DP, as you can lock down mobs pretty easy. Also AA + Psychic Shockwave slows mobs down hard, so you can keep them tight the entire time. That is the best benefit of the build, is mobs will be slowed to a crawl to get your melee attacks and PBAOEs on them, while the fall constantly. Also Fold space can be added to this to lock down more mobs, to stick in Sleet, Ice Slick, and Drain Psyche. I would suggest this build cause I think they really pair well together with the amount of -slow and -rech can really soft-lock enemies; and the hard locks of powers is nice. The only thing which will keep a close eye on is end, as AA is hungry. DP does help a ton, and of course Perma-dom. Still it would be good to keep that in mind when rolling it.
  4. Been a big fan of thermal for this, a little bit more active at times, but the two debuffs are nice.. My /Thermal controller was able to knock a few even paired AVs. Of course it all counts on the AV etc.
  5. Haha cool, I will have to keep an eye on this. I always enjoy learning more about people behind the screen, as chatting with some of the well known peeps on the server, mainly from badge hunting was nice and relaxing.
  6. That is a very cool idea. Something to get behind that can bring more humanity into the game is always welcomed in a certain way. The only question I have is if you need to be in the same zone as you for the invite, because you are a villain correct?
  7. I have been able to solo some AVs with my Ice/Psi perma dom, but it is a a bit of a slog. They are usually on par; or +1 ... honestly I would not go much higher than that on it. A lot of this, is leaning into DP and the incarnate powers; while slowly picking away. GMs, I am not sure about at all, it seems like the package to take down GMs in much tighter, so I cannot say for certain. I think the right setup can do it; but it can be rough with one-two shot easy to happen to ya.
  8. So went back to the drawing board, and set this up; and running it now. Took the advice on Heart of Darkness, and removed maneuvers. So range DEF is at 35% but with the control aspect and capped S/L resist, and more damage it is running a lot smother.   9. Sorry for the miscommunication on S/L, it was in reference to resist damage. So with the build I have the resist cap for S/L and 37+ to range. Other positional defense are around 20, as I tried not to focus heavily on it. When I get back home I will make another round and see about heart of darkness.
  10. Coming back from a break, and I was looking at tweaking my Dark/thermal troller. I never felt too happy with my original build as while it did have capped S/L, and Range Def but the damage lacked. So I went through the board and made some changes. Still capped on S/L, but lowered my range Def to improve some other stats. I feel good about this so far; but wanted to make sure I was in the right for this.   12. Good day, I just hit 50 with this build, and while it is okay, I still feel it is a bit loose; and could be tightened up. I have not really done a soldier build before; but I find it has some holes at times. Mainly trying to get my Defs capped, with a batter overall resistance.     Best Brute

    For me I have done three brutes to fifty on live and here. DM/WP, BA/SR, and Psi/DA. For easy mode to play my DM/WP was amazing to use and good for some high level fun. Cannot say about farming, but you can handle most enemies with ease. After that I gotta say I love my Psi/DA build. I know it will not be too tier, but near capped resistance with Incarnate alpha, and capped def on melee. It just feels great, while end was rough it is good to close up. It is something a bit different, but man once it gets going you are a beast.

  18. With the new IO sets that came out, I tried reworking my build seeing it I can tighten it up, and cap the S/L/E/N defs while keeping a perma-dom state. I think I am finally able to mostly achieve this, and clear some end consumption. Before the Incarnate is added, I was able to cap S/L and have .4% short on cap for E/N. With keeping about 90% recharge on the build which while not fully perma-hasten gives me pema-dom. Once I add my incarnate it is perma-haste and capped to all four types. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything too glaring.   20. Good day, I am slowly working on a scrapper that is Kat/regen, and I am looking for some guidance. I feel like my build is a bit hodge-podge. I am trying to plan out what I will need and it always seems off. I am trying to get Capped S/L and possible perma-haste with Incarnate buffs, but it never seems to come through fully.
