  1. This is the post I used to get it up and running. Lutris is the god save here.
  2. Went through the last few hours, retooling what I have currently and used Vigor instead taking some of the notes I said before and replacing tornado for WoC, as Tornado cast time is a bit high for my interest. Need to some to test in game to see how smooth the attack chain is, but by stats it feels smoother and better in +4 environment. 3. *Edit note* For the DPS check, Psi, Dark, Fire, Savage were all Secondaries noted by other people who did solo +4 TF challenges and other pylons. I think energy was up there too. I know technically Psi is lower on raw DPS, but I think with amount that have resistance to it, and other details (mainly -rech, slow) it can help turn the tide of combat. For the cap defense, I think the APPs for Dom are better with Res bonuses than Def, as I think chasing Def through set bonuses really hurt the builds for dom more than all else. Using Barrier, Melee, and another effect, like RoP, or unleash potential to get over soft-cap is better in the long run then trying to get to 45% by bonuses. Please note this is not really refined. This is more of an experimental build after the original comment I saw about Vigor. There is some stuff taken from EnjoyTheJourney, but took some of my trials using Ice/Psi/Psi to it. I cannot say my build matches what I have built here, but with AA getting -stealth, and it was something you noted you are interested in I tossed in the stealth pool to run it like so. It plans to cycle Barrier - Unleashed Potential - Melee Hybrid to keep Def high and solid S/L resist with other effects. It is not perma-hasten, but I agree with above that pema-haste is not really needed, only perma-dom is crucial. I use frostbite as a fill in for attack chains, and a bit more AoE. Jack is added as well for some extra damage and omph when he is up and running. For Savage, there was a guy who made a great Ice/Savage build a year or so ago. I feel it was a fantastic build with showed some depth into Savage. Dakir Savage: Scrappy Savage Dom Here is the build below: 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
  4. Hm that is interesting, I might have to give that a test this weekend.
  5. For future me, use cardiac. Make the blue bar much better.
  6. So after a bit of muking around I got MIDS up and running on my PC. I was able to replicate what I currently am using. I do have a couple notes on the current rendition: 1. I might swap my purple hold in block of ice for the ATO and use the purple immob in frostbite. Trying to leverage the +dam more for single attacks. 2. Flash freeze is a great proc bomb for some extra AOE damage and brings nice setup for AA confuse procs. 3. Drain Psyche is kinda a test style for it trying to maximize heal, acc, and rech in smaller set bonuses. I will probably move more towards HO setup as I am not interested in the bonuses. 4. AA is an end hog, I mean a freaking end hog half of my end consumption comes from that. If I am doing normal mobing and hitting Drain with perma dom hits, I do not have a lot of issues with end, AV hunting is different as it is more for the long run in fights. 5. Res > Def, resistance is huge for doms the epic powers for res give a tonne of support. Getting to 25-30% def is more than enough with control and resistance layers. 6. I ran Ageless for a while with a soft-cap def build to cover end consumption and it just was not good in the long run, especially after Def changes. Going barrier is better in the long run. 7. I run Intuition for hold, range and slow bonus which really helps. If you have more issues with end, Cardiac is also great for Ice with range, end reduction, and damage resistance. 8. Range Winter in Snipe is not needed per say, I wanted some more fire and cold resistance and the recharge resistance is nice. Manti snipe IOs would be a perfect replacement. XX. There are a log of fantastic dom runners on the forums who could probably get a tighter build than I have right now, but I feel this really hits a very smooth pace now and handles itself very well. ====Data Chunk==== 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
  7. Followed what was done here, and got it working in Lutris on pop_os.
  8. At the moment, I am not running mids on my PC at home, as it is a nightmare to run a Linux for me at the moment. When I am at home, I can grab a couple screen shots to show it a bit for ya. Unless there is a online Mids page I can use and I can recreate it for you there. Still I will work on getting something together so you can take a peak into it.
  9. I ran it for a bit on my Ice dom, I think with domination adding on AA, you only really need that, as the stacking really works nicely. AA alone with domination going I was able to confuse bosses at times, AVs not so much. You might be able to with AA and WoC but you need to be able to hit the target with WoC for it to trigger. While it is usually easier to confuse a AV(?) I think single target is the way to go their, than the auras as they have a pulse of 2 secs per tick to trigger confusion -AA-, and then WoC has a pule and a to-hit, when could miss or not get enough triggers on the stack for it. My honest opinion, AA with domination is enough for mobs and bosses, WoC does not help much with that in Ice, and AVs will be very hard no matter what with those.
  10. Going by the coin they showed, and the wiki link. One could expect a civil war within the an enemy group, going by the old picture maybe a war with shadow reflections against the Rularuu. As the coin represents Ares who is on the coin was supposed to be a puppet king for the old Empire of Persia, where he tried to kill he puppet master but ended up killing himself instead. Revolution and chaos yadda yadda but a lot of upheaval could be happened, as the shadows might be trying to usurp in the shard and fight against their master to become something of their own entities with their own nuance. I can be completely off base here, and this is me going too deep into the minutia, so I am probably well off the mark in some odd way.
  11. Usually have a carbonated water, coffee or tea when I am playing COH. As in the downtime I am swapping the vinyl putting some more music on.
  12. Yeah I took a look into the three to see what is happening, CoT was still somewhat alive on the forms, Ship is on Steam for Alpha testing? VO is dead beyond dead on the shogun site. I was able to get to see their forums and reddit page, and there has been no real activity there in about two years, as they stated they were in some massive overhaul and then crickets. So out of the three Ship and Titans are probably the furthest ahead now to update from very old memory for it but the future does not look bright for them in general.
  13. Yeah, domination is easier to build up on a team, since it does helps doms get their powers when teams steamroll enemies with ease.
  14. So from playing a lot of MTG since 95, and some understanding of the color pie, the hero origins really do not fit well into the five colors of magic like so. As there is a lot of rigidity with the colors on what they can do and what they cannot do. Now if you are building a character yourself I feel you can build it into the five colours, or ten guilds, or shards/wedges they could fall into. But this here feels more ham-fisted trying to take mechanics core to a game of Magic and insert it into a MMO game of CoX.
  15. Yielding the frost hammer on VO, with that call out. Send it to the grave as it will not be coming back now.
  16. Valiance Online is the third /fourth game that was spun out of CoX. I think it has gone the furthest out of the major three spin-offs, and seems to have the most focus. I can be wrong about this, as I only really look into them once every 3-6 months if I remember them.
  17. A couple notes I am seeing, as I have played a lot of /Psi and a bit of plant. but not together. /Psi works best in melee range, Probe, TK, Lance, Shockwave are you bread and butter for damage. I have tried the range options and they are relatively underwhelming, Subdue could work for the cycle if you put in the +dam ATO into it, other than that the rest are mid. My preference for Dom, Res > Def. With the Psi Epic you get a lot of Resistance in S/L and Psi, with other buff you can get solid resistance numbers, and then layer 25-30% def on that which makes you super tanky. Link Minds is overslotted, you only need 2-(extreme) 4 slots in it. Put in a LoTG 7.5 and Def/Rech, if you want some spice To-hit/Rech to fill it out. Finally end drain is nasty high, I do not think with my Ice/Psi build runs that high in end drain. Unless you are running Destiny lore, you are going to be running out of blue quite a bit even at perma dom, and the drain stuff, as you should always keep in mind you just might miss with DP. Also I like to toss in some Winter TOs as well like melee and melee AOE for their bonuses as it help out when diving into melee.
  18. While I am not a fan of corporate overlords and all that. Creative copyright is still a thing and should be upheld not for big corps, but for the artists themselves, as it gives them the tools to help against people abusing and taking advantage of this work. Since this game is already in the grey area of IP copyright and artistic copyright it is best to let sleeping dogs lie. There are other servers that will fill this need if you want, but you are poking the bear or Mouse in this terms. Companies like that are very crucial to their IP and identity, while they may ignore this place for now making reasons for them to look this way is dumb.
  19. Can confirm time freezes here all year or deep in fog unless it is Canada Day, Thanksgiving or Boxing Day.
  20. So I fired up another stalker recently and was thinking what is the usual standard for slotting the ATOs, right now I have assassin mark proc slotted in my T1, and then have the other ATO currently three slotted in two powers to fill up with procs. But I have seen a lot of builds just go full six slotted for each ATO. I was tempted by the 5% to S/L defense but it looks priority of that has lowered a bit. Just wondering what is the best way to use these ATOs for the stalker. If it matters I am running an ice/rad build.
  21. So do you feel with the Primary and Secondary level requirement lowered helped get you to be perma around 25, and not having to sacrifice a lot of natural power?
  22. Yeah from what I have seen Purp, PVP, ATO, and possible Winter IOs exemplar down to at least lvl 10 set bonuses. So usually 30-35 is easy to be perma dom 20+ is more of a chore. It is kind of doable but respecing for low content on Dom is usually rough as you said losing just a few powers does hurt the damage chain. I usually have my dom builds work from 35-50 as that is when they can excel the most with perma dom and access to pets and most crucial damage powers. If I am running lower it usually can handle stuff cause of proc attacks, and the prestige powers but you loose some gause without the bonus mag on control powers.
  23. Plant/Earth is extremely fun when I leveled it, and feels nice and crunchy with the melee damage it brings and fun for proc'ing also seeds is kinda gross on what it does. Ice/Psi is a personal favorite as it lives in melee and and all about the scrapping, usually stacking a lot of slow and -rech keep people at bay, also the flash freeze is a nice proc bomb to open up combat. I have no experience with it, but I remember seeing someone talking about ice/savage being a very scrappy build which can wreak havoc on mobs. With a lot of soft control ice brings which is had for mobs to avoid - mainly knockdown with ice patch and the aura confuse, which is great now with Perma-Dom. Looking on the wiki the melee focus of savage plays nicely into this, with a self heal effect and damage boot.
  24. I will add to what carroto has said. It made me want to roll an earth/ Dom, and man earth is quite impressive. I went out of using melee and focus on range with an earth/fire Dom but Stoney is just a tank for so much. I followed some of you ideas especially with spirit ward and the guy was tanking mobs at +4/5 relatively easy. I am excited to see how this goes against AVs.
  25. Yeah, it is fine I have done long fights against AVs and planned out powers I turn on and off to manage endurance consumption. Is there others that are easier yes, but as I said in my post it takes planning and a bit of what you want to run and handle as you have to expect you might miss a drain. If it means turning off AA for a little bit then you go with that, and run other toggles for consistency. Also if you are worried about missing Psyche, the destiny Endless incarnate to cover end issues. Frankly Incarnate powers fills the two big holes you have, AA end consumption, and the Psi high res targets. You may not be a titan or easy mode for AV hunting but it is doable. Just to add, I feel HP management is more crucial first then end management for long AV/GM hunts. As your pet has no taunt effects you are gonna hold aggro a lot, with the HP pool as it is, an AV can knock you down pretty quickly. So running */*/Psi is very nice for that as the +Def and +Res layering makes taking a hit not as punishing. I have run other epics like /shield, /ice, /dark and always fell back to /psi as I like the mix of defensive parts.
