  1. the devs datamining showed that three portals in 10 minutes would cover 95% of usages. So between LRT, Base Transporter, and Supergroup Portal, that’s what they’ve given us. It’s possible that you might be in that 5%.
  2. I guess it’s possible that your graphics settings got changed by something? I don’t know. I haven’t noticed a difference of that kind.
  3. That’s a silly exaggeration. That assumes that you’re going to use up All your charges all the time. I play a LOT and I have yet to find a point at which I don’t have some option available or a Base Portal, TUNNEL, train, ferry, or some other easy hub nearby.
  4. When you say “used to” do you mean since last week or since the old days? There are a variety of graphics improvements that have been made over the years.
  5. I agree the locked zones in the list don't look great and with the checklist it's unnecessary.

  8. You forgot the day job badge portals. You can have more options. plus the zones you’re going to have portals in them. Just go to them.
  9. This was when I exited after completing the "Prevent the Jailbreak" side mission in the Founder Falls Safeguard on my 40 EM/Regen Scrapper. I clicked on the door to leave the Precinct back to the Streets and on the other side of the door I was underneath the map and fell to the bottom. No idea if it's repeatable.
  10. As long as we don't have to start Slotting for Defense or Resist any more than we do now, have at it.
  11. I don't want to vastly alter how the set plays. I like the current level of clickiness. I don't want less clickiness (turning IH into a toggle). I don't want more clickiness (making Revive into a heal). I just want the current set to be a bit sturdier without adding much in the way of Damage Resist or Defense. Do it mostly with Absorb, Regen, and Debuff Resists.
  12. Oh, I forgot one! Moment of Glory should apply to Psi attacks as well. It's very short. It should apply to all attacks.
  13. And since the LRT takes you to your base without unlocking destinations, you don’t have to! So you have multiple powers to get you to your base. Therefore there is no reason to lower the cooldown on the one.
  14. Perhaps so. My thought was that putting it in Reconstruction helps at the low levels. But hey...
  15. I think if they just made One of these clicks easier to deal with the rest could probably remain as is.

Or, if you do have access to a Base with teleporters, after you get Midnighter in Night Ward you can use your Base (there is a portal in Night Ward near the mansion) to go directly to the Uni in Croatoa, Founders Falls, or Cap Au Diable. It is now EASIER to get Oro, AND to get to Cimerora, than ever before.

  19. I don’t think that’s enough. There needs to be additional Always On mitigation. That’s why I added the Absorption. I like your ideas though.
  20. That’s exactly it. It feels like I’m being punished for ET and PC both missing.
  21. On my EM/Regen Scrapper, if I already have Energy Focus and I use Total Focus again (usually because I missed with both ET and PC) the new TF does not proc EF and instead of overwriting itself the buff falls off, making me have to wait until I can TF yet AGAIN.
  22. It would be very nice if reliably after I use Total Focus I have Energy Focus. But in fact if I ALREADY have EF and I use TF, the new TF simply does nothing and EF falls off. Can't we have it overwrite itself?

  24. With Energize, Build Up, Power Boost, and Boost Range, it really starts to cut into the time you spend attacking. How about IN ADDITION to your suggestion, they also could ACTIVATE faster?!
  25. For the Melee version of the set only: 1. Add a minor Absorption buff to Fast Healing 2. Add a moderate Absorption buff to Reconstruction 3. Add End Drain/Recovery Resistance to Quick Recovery 4. Add Recharge Resistance to Resilience 5. Lower the recharge of Instant Healing to 10 minutes That might not be enough, but it would be a good start.
