For the Melee version of the set only:
1. Add a minor Absorption buff to Fast Healing
2. Add a moderate Absorption buff to Reconstruction
3. Add End Drain/Recovery Resistance to Quick Recovery
4. Add Recharge Resistance to Resilience
5. Lower the recharge of Instant Healing to 10 minutes
That might not be enough, but it would be a good start.
Perhaps. But since Influence is gained by spending time in the game, I’m not really sure what’s lost by letting people exchange influence to save themselves time.
I think it would be reasonable and fair to add the functionality of allowing LRT to port you directly to the Base Portal in the zone you are currently in. I think it was like this early in beta, iirc.
Here's my rationale:
Right now, for example, if I am in Indy Port standing at the gate to Terra Volta, I cannot use LRT to port back to the base portal. But if I just step a few feet south and click into TV I can then port directly to the IP base portal. Seems silly. Just let us use it to port to the portal.
TUNNEL to Night Ward, enter Mansion to get Midnighter Badge. Go back to Atlas, take train to Steel Canyon. Go to University, enter Midnight Club. Go to Cimerora. You are then awarded Entrusted with the Secret, at level 1, with no help. And no base necessary.
A lot of misinformation here. Oro portal still exists. Base macros still exist. Seems like you barely scanned the patch notes then came here to post this rant.
By using the command “powexeclocation target” you can make it one click and you can make it go directly to your target, even through walls and around corners and such. You can also use it to get out of slow patches and other Debuffs. It’s a very good power.
I have to agree that the "levelling power" design philosophy seems off.
I think we need to play with the power as if it is just another AoE, and if doesn't work at least Tolerably well on that basis then it probably needs another reevaluation.
Honestly, I don't know if this is a bug or not, and I don't know if it was the case before today. Exploration badges do not award xp unless you are level 2. Seems like it would be nice to change that if possible.
I understand why it "didn't make sense" to leave it where it was. But it also doesn't make sense where it is now.
I suggest putting the Perez Park Base Portal near the Atlas Park gate.
I guess it's technically not a bug, but it looks VERY weird for Ninja Stance to have the "dust clouds" as part of the animation when you're running at normal speed.
