    There's also a p2w Base Teleporter for only 1 million inf that they have drastically improved the function of.

    I suggest you revert the Dark Melee changes (Again) and try again next time (again).

    in the mission "Eliminate Captain Cimon and his troops" from Sister Airlia there was no Captain Cimon in the mission. There were no bosses at all in the mission, and I definitely do have bosses enabled. The mission completed when I killed all foes in the mission, but no named enemy was ever encountered

    actually it's the Controls that get the worst values. So, the changes to TA which take the sets focus OFF Control and put it on Debuff are quite good for MMs, despite their lower values.

    I understand the desire, but that logic doesn't really follow. Lots of ATs have damage dealing primaries, they don't all do the same damage. EDIT: This is off topic, sorry.

    In theory, it was because the MM has a whole crew of damage dealing pets. Perhaps it should be changed, I don’t know.

    I think it's explicitly meant to be a limited hub. If you want a more complete hub you use Bases.

    But only for Scrappers. No one else does damage with it.

    lol I had no idea ToF had been given damage on Live until JUST NOW. EDIT: Well, no wonder, it's ONLY SCRAPPERS that currently have damage on ToF.

    lol I’ve been disagreeing with people since Long before that! And I was right, EM was OP but then they nerfed it too much, which was a repeating pattern.

    Touch of Fear used to do no damage. It was never a good single target attack. Because it’s a Targeted AoE the sphere is centered on your target not on you.

    It looks to me like the devs want the set to be only Ok at AoE, not Very Good at it. It has good single target damage and good utility. Now it has Ok AoE, though only just Ok.

    Yea me neither. If the toggle dropped when mezzed it would make sense, but I don’t think it does.

    Those are the buffs if you turn the power Off.

    I would add just generally I think powers designed to be respeccd out of are poorly designed. No powers should be thought of that way, though some powers should be at least not So essential that they Can be skipped.
