  1. There is no real need to come here and whine about people giving feedback. The devs decided based on what people said, and people do have the right to give feedback with out your permission. Maybe we can discuss the decisions, not other peoples whining.
  2. Has the idea of having the open world 2xp be different? make it 2.5 xp and add a hp buff with it?
  3. I am wondering if people will find herding useful again.
  4. either we can agro more than 17 or not. dont give us the worst of both worlds. Let us pull the whole room maybe time to remove the damage caps on nukes. If we can take damage from more than 17, shouldnt they take damage from from us?
  5. Solution in search of a problem. AE is part of the game. there is no point in forcing people out of AE.
  6. so you are saying that by inconveniencing players they are improving the game? maybe have people have to watch a 30 second commercial before they can zone we can make the game even more awesome?
  7. I can not take granite and have a good build that actually kills stuff. Or I can slot up granite and die of boredom before I kill things. thats the choice. Ive mained a stoner for many years. good with a team to help with the dps, but not so fun otherwise. the combat tp is the least of it. the -damage and - recharge hurt a lot more. I didnt say get rid of the penalties, lower them some would help.

You are better off not taking granite, using those slots in other powers(2 more for stone skin ) and using IOs to get you to cap. now you get better protection with none of the disadvantages. and you have an additional power pick to use. and you dont have to worry about excessive recharge to make up for granite.
  9. how much of that good is being transferred to stone skin, making granite not worth taking. making you use some of those slots on other powers to keep the same levels. I havent built one, but what will be the cost in slots, will granite be not worth taking? Lots of people are looking at scrappers with stone, how will it effect the people using stone tanks? edit: 3 def / 3 res will not cap anything on granite except for smashing/lethal on live it puts you at 31% def on half of the categories. the other half are zero I built one on test and it will be worth it to not slot granite other than as mule slots and use IOs to toughen up your non granite build. waste of a t9.
  10. you can get cap protection from other armors that doesnt have the disadvantages. do they need the same downsides?
  11. Granite still needs at least some of the disadvantages removed. If it is just to be a mule, its doesnt deserve such disadvantages.
  12. This might come out wrong, but why have a t9 that you dont want people to take? Back in I7 stone tanks were the toughest, but paid a price for that. Now, anyone can get those stats and not pay a price. Which is why very few actually run stone tanks. I could see them removing the -damage from granite. the other disadvantages are bad enough to make running out of granite worthwhile, while not leaving granite as a worthless appendage.
  13. They could lower some of the disadvantages. other sets can hit cap easily that dont get kneecapped.

  15. Back during live, at the meet and greets, they sometimes gave out account wide costume codes for freak show bosses/ dark ring mistresses and I think some others. Could we have these on P2W as an inf sink? 2-5 million per costume? the RP community would probably like it and people would spend a lot of inf on it.

  18. Does anyone know if the tray power from superjump or afterburner can be hotkeyed with a keybind?
  19. maybe limit the team you form to four yourself? 1,2,3,4? do not go on to 5? 6 is right out? problem solved. There is a team size solution for team size problems already in the game. also, if you dont invite anyone under 50 to the team, there wont be anyone under 50 on the team.
  20. dont overenhance your character and there are more challenges like that. solo pylons under a time limit on an empath defender, that sounds difficult. balance on COH will always be difficult because of base difficulty between at's. we see brutes and scrappers soloing things easily. we see that a lot more than defenders doing it. I am sure that someone can pull out an end case to prove otherwise, but should the game be balanced around end cases? the original devs didnt think so.
  21. should my reward be higher if I just dont enhance? my risk is higher. at what point does it become absurd? I have no idea but maybe someone has ideas
  22. taking responsibility for your own game experience isnt that big a deal. Is it too painful to change your own difficulty as it is? isnt setting your difficulty at -1 or +0 self gimping? should everyone be forced to +4/8 just to avoid anyone having to self gimp?
  23. you know you dont have to fight them. or is the point to change other peoples experiences instead of your own?
  24. so if I dont slot some of my powers the game should give me more xp? I have greater difficulty.
  25. advertise a tf where everyone unslots their incarnate powers it is easy to see if that is done. there should be no problem filling such a team. If there are not enough people to make a TF with those rules, then changes to the game forcing that on people probably shouldnt be made.
