  1. That must be Jack B. Nimble on the drums.
  2. Indeed? Huh. Learn something new every day. Why such a substantial amount? Are we being penalized because they're so likeable an opponent group that we might monopolize our time with them? (Yeah, I'm in a "glass half empty" moment.)
  3. Hmm...interesting. I wonder if this could be done to Ghost Widow. Some sort of Halloween mumbo-jumbo distortion and takeover. The devs would pretty much have everything in place except the scale of a Halloween version including her powers scaled to a league AV opponent level.
  4. Thank you for the correction, 20F, and yes, poor naming. I've actually never used them even with my own Robots/Electrical Affinity MM because I saw "clockwork" and preferred to not use the psi-based Primal Clockwork in my concept. I might have to revisit that to see if I'd prefer Warworks or Praetorian Clockwork.
  5. I would think that the Warworks, which are robots from Praetoria (gold side of the game) would be an ideal choice if you're just looking for something that matches robots. Also, you might consider Robotic Drones, though they're little. The Clockwork might also work, but don't quite fit the lore, as the Clockwork are powered by psi energy, and are therefore not a standard robot. CORRECTION: these are Praetorian Clockwork and should work fine. See twozerofoxtrot's correction below. Lastly, since you're character is also Electrical Affinity, you might look into Storm Elementals. These look like balls of lightning. Unfortunately, they're bright pink with no way to recolor them, at least that I've found. Here's the Wiki page with the list of all Lore pets.
  6. I smell a day job possibility: Gardener. Earned by signing off while standing in one of several designated gardens and parks. Grants a limited number of "tree of life" uses at a base level. (as opposed to the plant heroes that can slot the power) Or perhaps that smell is just chemical fertilizer.
  7. While I agree, I'd point out it should be a little shorter than that by dropping the second "wait", as a player can target a second minion and hit the second upgrade to deliver it to all while the first upgrade is finishing its visuals on the originally-targeted minion. I should qualify that statement by saying I've only tried it on robots and thugs. I'd assume the mechanics worked the same on other minion sets.
  8. English as a second language. You said it yourself, the Petrovics are Eastern European. Their nom de guerres are from Slavic dieties and the written dialog is designed to mimic someone from a Slavic language origin trying to speak English.
  9. It was probably the bug secretions that did that.
  10. That worked, and the concept is really clever!
  11. Those groups just in the 1-20 range? I'd probably go with the Outcasts. Frostfire remains one of the most fun things to do via contacts within those levels, and he's got an interesting story arc. I'd like to see more of that at higher levels with higher class opponents to go along with it. Frostfire points the way: new Outcast leadership arising after he's taken down, characters that have also mastered dual environmental powers. Possibly some that didn't go dual but have mastered new, more potent abilities within their discipline, including elemental pets. Possibly one that eventually masters 3 disciplines, say for example, one emulating a volcano: earth, fire, lightning powers. Or perhaps masters all disciplines, but over a story arc as we clash repeatedly with the opponent as he advances. Then when he ultimately masters all, we'd have an Avatar-like archvillain for the endgame. Good stories to go with them, stories that make sense in the reorganizing of the Outcasts in the power vacuum left by Frostfire, something akin to the stories after Dr. Vahz was taken down. Oh, and hopefully get female members into the gang as well, with some rising to leadership. Also more chambers with interactive sets like that of ice in the Frostfire suite, but reserved for the top tier fights.
  12. I like the idea. It would bring a red side GM onto the blue side, presumably allowing a badge for those who don't cross the line. Deathsurge. The GM is associated with the Cap au Diable Demon faction according to the Wiki. Ghost of Scrapyard Lord Winter - though seeing as he's given the month of December, it might be best to leave him there.
  13. I'd really like that. I did manage to get a chest glow (well, tuned up to more of a bright light) on Dr. Nightlight, but I had to consume my aura slot (using Alpha/chest) to do it. I'd really like the chest jewel to do the work, freeing the aura for other options.
  14. Purely for fun, not really a suggestion. If you've been part of a "murder hotel" league, you've probably seen more than your fair share of Eochai and Jack In Irons during the Halloween events, possibly to the point of boredom. If you were part of a design team wanting to increase the number of Giant Monsters appearing for next year's Halloween event, what GM would you create? For my part, I think I'd create some sort of Lovecraftian horror: a land-based GM based off of the components for the Lusca water GM. (Probably a different skin, though.) Composed of a Core creature (subbing for the head of Lusca, and roughly the size of Jack In Irons), a few larger, slower tentacles surrounded by several smaller, faster, more maneuverable tentacles. The idea of the league having attacks coming from more directions, and possibly hitting a bit harder has a certain appeal to me.
  15. I've never really considered it, other than acknowledging there's something in place to deal with the concern. Is what you are saying also what our colorblind community states? If so, it sounds like fodder for the Suggestions forum to point a need out to the development team.
  16. Oh, one thing to mention that might not be in all those notes I linked: in Homecoming it is a simple process to swap a character between servers at pretty much any time. No more paywalls or timing roadblocks for switching. That said, the Homecoming development team has made occasional, temporary impediments for a specific temporary reason, and you do need to be mindful of what it unplugs in the moving process. I, and others, though have used the rapid move process on occasion to good use though. For example, I like to swap a character between all servers as a tourist on the occasions that the base-building folks put out a showcase of themed bases across all servers, such as the current one.
  17. That's one armor set I'd really like to see in the costume designer
  18. Getting an "image not found" on that, @Trike.
  19. 'Tis the season
  20. I actually do wait on the leader's move, it is a long-standing personal habit of mine, and it does reduce problems, at least for me. However, the statement you've made is in absolute terms. This is actually a communications issue covering a variable. Communicate this desire before the team begins, and be aware others may not agree. Ultimately the leader puts the team together, so the leader will decide.
  21. Well, you did initiate a pretty useful thread, so now you're running with the cool kids. Wait...in creating this, did I just reference you again? 😮
  22. I didn't know this was a thing. I see it was to have been released on October 10. I'm not a current Netflix subscriber, and though I've no plans to resubscribe, I might reconsider if I find enough works on it for a month's binge watching. Has anyone seen it, and if so, what do you think of it?
  23. I thought he'd be taller.
  24. Yes, one of those nice streamlining features. BTW, love your forum avatar. "Heelund coos", as my late father always called them, are a family favorite.
  25. Welcome, Home to you, too! For all things Kheldian, I believe forumite and costume contest coordinator @Laucianna is usually whom people cite as the go-to expert if you need insight. Apologies if I've stated in error, Laucianna. I believe all the originals are still there. There were, of course, changes made back in the Original Game (OG) as to whom would serve as contact for some mission arcs, and some zones "retired" to status of "echos" accessed by portal in the back of Oroboros, most notably Galaxy City and Dark Astoria with the former obliterated except for a new character trainer zone and the latter getting a complete overhaul with a darker, scarier story arc, but off the top of my head I don't recall any such switches in Homecoming, nor material pulled. I suggest reading the Patch Notes to get a better feel for the changes.
