1: The fix to bone smasher solved pretty much all my rotational woes as I toy around with this. 2:Giving the effect to barrage at least makes the -special elective, and helps the forced tanker t1 pick to not feel like a waste 3: Totally didn't expect the buff to ET, but Its pretty strong without being over the line. This set is ready to launch. The Captain's best work by far.

It's not nonsense, I've already debunked the notion it would take that long to get most zones. You're also testing the first beta wave, so nothing is even final to begin with. It's far too soon to be thinking nothing about that will be changed. As for the teleport pool itself, it's an objective improvement and pretty much nobody took the original LRTP. Especially on HC, where it's essentially rendered obsolete by temp powers you can grab the minute you start the game.

I've decided to change my opinion on brute/tank EM now that I kinda had this pointed out to me. Scrappers/stalkers are balanced around crits, and for EM they only really get partial benefit from crit. Tanks have the target cap thing going for them, non-focused PC is equal to focused PC from other ATs. Brutes get the FULL benefit of fury in ET and TF, so it should be interesting to see how they scale out. If the bone smasher thing gets resolved, set's perfect and we can safely close the thread and move elsewhere.
