I tried your prompt in Bing, but it complained about inappropriate content. When I Frankensteined it with my standard "comic book" type prompt, I got... I had to iterate a couple times, because the dang thing liked to skip the skirt - or else we got "too-many-fingers-itis". I do like the results. I second this. There've been times I've tried to build a team when Sally was out and about so we'd all get credit, only to have some yutz swoop in, bop her on the nose, and fly away.

At work I've been messing around with the Image Creator in Microsoft's Bing, since I don't have access to my Stable Diffusion home setup. I've been very pleased with the results I've been getting. The core prompt I've been using is cel shaded, style of artstation, city of heroes, background constrained in a circle, superhero followed by more specific instructions. For example, for my brute Crimson Panda: cel shaded, style of artstation, city of heroes, background constrained in a circle, superhero, NO CAPE, small human Chinese woman, dressed in a burgundy uniform with white trim, wearing black knee length boots, with a bright crimson fox tail, with bright crimson panda ears, wearing a burgundy mask, martial arts, leaping through the air yielded which is pretty spot-on, with the exception of it trying to add extra tails. A similar prompt, but excluding NO CAPE, and adding desaturated blue and white uniform, caucasian woman, wavy blonde hair, white star insignia, smiling, blue energy crackling ended up resulting in stuff like... ...which actually led to me running to Icon and changing my outfit ASAP!

So I saw a small ad for some kind of "Roxxon takeover of Marvel titles" event coming. Anyone know what's up with that? (Yes, I know who Roxxon are, just not what this event's supposed to be.)

I know this sounds kind of smarmy, but there's good sides to the lack of 'free' names, inasmuch as it forces me to be more creative with my naming. Heck, one of my favourites, "Chernobyl Effect", would not have that name as I originally tried something simple like "Radioactive Girl".

For AI art generation, I installed Stable Diffusion on my machine at home and grabbed a bunch of source files (checkpoints, etc) from civitai.com ... generating them at home rather than using someone else's files gives you a LOT more comtrol over things. The number of fingers thing still raises its ugly mug, and sometimes other weird things creep in, like last night it kept giving me mismatched eyes. The fingers thing doesn't bother me much as I tend to use the results as stepping off points for drawing. If you have a graphics accelerator card and a good chunk of RAM, pick Stable Diffusion up and tinker with it. You'd be surprised what you can create. EDIT: civitai has a number of orc-themed sourcefiles, which help keep your output looking, well, orc-y. DOUBLE EDIT: Maybe we should start a separate AI art thread?

For the longest time I rolled with zero, and just hovered all the time. The flip-in-place was much less of a headache than a knockdown/back.

I am absolutely guilty of forging ahead of the bulk of the team when grouping. I main a Warshade and need live targets... and far too often a roving murderball melts entire spawns before I can finish firing off my self-buff.

Oh, I get all mine (V-merits) from the MSR. There are other rewards as well, like the Vanguard Bag, but of course it's once-and-done. I don't think an Enhancement Set would fly, but maybe being able to buy Temporary Powers that are Vanguard-themed would work (though the Vanguard jetpacks are already on P2W for INF).

*I* use Vanguard Merits quite regularly. I turn them into Reward Merits.

FOMO is absolutely a thing. I... almost never do team stuff lately, excepting Hamidon and MSR. Yet when I look at this system, my immediate gut reaction was a hit of FOMO, that the next time I did team content I'd *have* to use Diversification so I'd get that extra Aether. And like most of you folks, I could probably buy a couple thousand of them off the AH any time I wanted. But the Fear of Missing Out hits hard.
