  1. Not a good solo spec as it’s low damage. Uber safe though. Electricity is pretty damn Uber for control it drained mobs dry. Low damage but damn a TSOO sorcerer with zero blue is a dead TSOO. FF is Forcefield of course. You know what your going to get. So I highly recommend Electricity primary. Granted I only got to level 15
  2. /FF and /Time is always useful. I like beasts and ninjas and zombies the most probably. They work well with time. Also use GOTO on your pets to maneuver them. You can bind the pertcomall goto command to make sure they are out of doors. I bind it to CTRL Right click. Also make judicious use of. Follow passive to make sure they don’t run off. Pets are a responsibility. /FF is also useful even if people are soft capped. It keeps the -def cascade from roflstomping the team Here is a FF thread I asked about earlier today lots of useful info https://forums.homecomingservers.com/index.php/topic,4484.0.html I forgot /nature is damn solid also
  3. Thank you for the wonderful replies. I made a Electric/FF controller
  4. Wow, very constructive thread. Thanks for the input everyone. I'm always on the fence between FF, Sonic, Cold.
  5. I'm a COH newb. so bear with my newbie question. No matter how high defenses go mobs always have at least a 5% chance to hit. People on the forums are always posting builds with soft-capped defenses. So does this minimize the Force Field player? Is there some hidden aspect to the FF shields that I am missing? Does it help stop the -DEF attacks that land on a teammate to keep the -DEF from a cascade failure? Any input is appreciated.
  6. people ask what is the "best" all the time. I want to change that question to be more in line with people's preferences. What is your favorite secondary to pair with Gravity? Why do you like it more than the others? Is it more useful in groups or soloing? What aspect do you think makes it synergistic or makes it useful or fun? Is there a particular opening combo that works really well together that you just love? Is there a situation that the combo excels at? I don't want this to degrade into a what is "best" but what you like about the combo. Preferences as the key. If you have a build that you are proud of or just really like then feel free to post it. Lets talk Gravity. I personally like Gravity paired with Radiation. For the science aspect and early access to Accelerate Metabolism that allows for faster recharges.
  7. Zombie Apocalypse would be amazing!!!!!
  8. Thanks! I was trying to think of a good synergy with super reflexes
  9. It seems to me that repel would be pretty useful especially with the endurance drain that you can siphon back whenever you use it
  10. Anyone know what the sentinel water attack icon names are? I want to use them with /macro_image command
  11. Found a PIGG viewer. but damn i can't find which pigg has the Sentinel Water primary skill icons. I found a bunch of others but not water.
  12. I don’t want any melee attacks on this AT. Some people might want it but this isn’t a melee class
  13. Does any primary attacks have +Def effect like tanker and scrapper Martial Arts Storm Kick does?
  14. Is it possible to make hotbar button with the pictures of a skill? For example create a hotbar button with the Thunderbolt icon and have this as the content? target_enemy_near$$powexecname Thunderbolt$$follow
  15. Should take siphon speed and power next.
  16. This is a very interesting build. I’ve been trying to think of a way to make ninjas survive better. I don’t like it when my henchmen die. I was leaning towards storm for herding or force field and just pushing mobs around. I even tried sonic up to about level 15. Never thought of this though. I never take any primary attacks on my MM anyways.
  17. I think, but I’m not sure. That Your opportunities, when activated, also affect other players attacks.
  18. Yeah. Sentinels are pretty cool. I like their opportunity mechanic and they are perfect for Iron Man / War Machine concepts
  19. Cool. On each archetype forum there is usually a sticky post that lists most of the common guides. Make sure you check the last pages of that particular post. Many times the front page didn’t get fully updated with the latest guides.
  20. I’m not sure if this would work or not. But maybe try putting follow at the end. It may make it so you will stay a bit closer to the immediate mob your fighting. Then you could just back peddle a bit to not follow them far “target_enemy_near$$powexecname Thunderbolt$$follow” I know this works really good for range attacks. If your out of range it makes you run up to the absolute max in range distance and fire the ability
