I thought the same thing, to soul drain/dc as well, and death shroud on dark armor. Doesn't make sense when pretty much every other dark attack has -to hit yet these ones don't. I hardly think a 5% thd that would drop after 10 seconds would be anywhere near too much. -

Which is also extremely pointless and hopefully will be let to stack too. I've ran gymastics and ninja run, and gym with cj, and neither were by any means game breaking. -

Which nearly everyone does with this armor set. If it's NOT getting reverted, honestly just drop the movement bonus and give it more defense cause the movement bonus in it is pointless then if it doesn't stack. -

Ah yeah major PITA, what is the tp protection on min/lt/bosses? or maybe a way to flag the purple patch to not affect tp mag? Find some in between I'm sure it exists, again less of an issue for fold space, but it's been a huge bane to wormhole. -

Then increase their tp protection to mag 1000 😛 This is less an issue for fold space IMO, but REALLY problematic with wormhole. -

Agreed, it's one of the reasons i don't play my gravity, or at least enjoy it high level, nothing worse than only getting half the mob with your Wormhole. It needs to be flagged to be like mag 50 teleport or something, it should always get everything that isn't an AV/GM/EB tbh regardless of level. -

Which any change to the PPM formula would result in procs being less guaranteed and effective when used with higher recharging powers. I really hope they just leave them as is. I don't feel like any procs are overpowering, especially not due to the slot/opportunity cost, and as you pointed out, less effectiveness with higher rech slotting which you take a hit for that as well. -

Or it could just not stack and grant that defense for 60 seconds. I would much prefer the defense so I don't feel like gimping my build to go for ct instead of cj, thus making it a build issue instead if a fun/thematic issue. Much like that unnecessary cooldown does in pve. -

So that may mean that this completely unnecessary change that never should have even been a twinkle in your eyes let alone had time put into it to begin with may be reverted back in the next build before it goes live? 🙂 -

However this doesn't work with the powexeclocation bind. If the target isn't in LOS, you'll just tp into the same place. -

There are always trolls. I dont even like having a gravity troller on the team most of the time unless it's me cause it ruins lots aoe, mez, and debuff placements. -

I also worry that with multiple people on a team having fold space it ends up being a constant grab for mob clumps. -

Haven't checked this thread in a while but if it's still there it REALLY irks me that CT has a cooldown at all. I really only see this being an issue in pvp, which it can just be flagged in pvp for the cooldown. Having a period where you can't use it no matter how small pushes me away from getting it versus combat jumping or hover which have no hangup with continued use. That and the lack of even a small defense buff like cj/hover which I would much rather have than the to hit. -

However keep in mind that lasting longer does nothing when the patch is not able to be placed where you need it if it was reverted to target based. Even in the simple situation of targetting the nearest enemy in the mob, versus being able to manually place it just touching the mob in between you, means that you're losing half of its radius of impact if you're actually using its slow for crowd control (minus the tic time to interact as enemies run into it of course). At either rate *if* it was to be reverted to live target based, I would easily request it be able to be cast on flying enemies and simply drop (explode) from the targets location. -

I really wish they would redo the slow sets. To start i usually do a range/slow and end/rech/slow from temp readiness for some stats and 1.5% recovery for 2 slots, then more if you want more stats. One of the worst parts IMO of slow sets is how they have damage stats in them, but low end, rech, and acc stats, and the set bonuses suck. -

Unless it's changing flash is auto hit in pve. 4 DWD is best in it imo to max the -to hit and also you don't want procs as they would notify the mobs, wasting its ability to cast on nearby mobs to avoid detection. -

Note, having it go back to being target based, AND losing that lingering effect, would be a straight up nerf and make the power worse than it even was on live. The lingering effect was its only saving grace for it being target based (as opposed to just a debuff and no patch like lingering radiation with better rech/auto hit stats than current live). If it was target based and ONLY did the ground patch, that would be the worst thing imaginable for the power. -

I will be sad to see that lingering effect go away personally. It made the power much nicer, but lasting longer and being location based will more than make up for that. -

This would be more difficult and require a lot more animations, but I've also always wanted an option for an energy bow/arrows kinda like kagome on inuyasha and quincy's on bleach kinda like "soul arrows". -

My favorite part of this game is also the community and how helpful they can be, and part of Lum's concern is that newer players may not be aware of the target binds and such. It would be helpful if perhaps somewhere in game (and referenced at new character login for new players) that there is a guide/tutorial option for binds and slash commands or at least a message with a link to where that is on the forums to look at. -

Plus the whole, location power = location targetting thing so you can actually properly use the location area like at corners and such before engaging the mob. Lum has also expressed that they don't personally care if it is target or location based, and that they are already aware of the powexec binds. I do share however share their issues on macros not showing cooldowns, and the issue of location powers not always casting depending on terrain. However MASSIVE applause for making it location based as it should be, and the rare chance of these issues nowhere near means it's it not worth it and shouldn't have the location targeted ability. But, if it is at all possible looking into fixing the powexeclocation target issue where it won't cast, and finding a way to make macros show cooldowns would be fantastic for all location powers, not just glue arrow.
