  1. They need FIXED because the -kb was inappropriately placed in the holds when it should have been placed in the immobilize. And the -kb was supposed to be standard for all immobilizes but they got missed on grav/elec when that change occurred. There is no "thematic" or "balance" reason for them to not have it.
  2. Oh yeah the powers themselves are broken.
  3. The immobilize should be doing -kb, so yes turns them into knockdown.
  4. Grav immobilizes do not, they need the kb protection as well as the elec immobilizes. And yet the grav and elec immobilizes are still not fixed...
  5. It does, more than ice slick in my experience still. And yes without the kb-kd they contant-no break-knockdown, but you have to SPAM your fire cages, and if one misses, they're getting flown. Grav and Elec definitley need their aoe immobilizes to get the kb-kd treatment that the others have.
  6. Two things, that have been an issue for a while. One, if we could please give the ability for coalition members to add/take from storage. The other, is the SG cap and how SG alts work. It would be best if there was a way to have only your global name to take up one spot in the roster. In addition to this, if there was also a coalition tab between the super/email tabs on the chat window so we could see all members in coalitions online.
  7. Because they kept trying to make it a 90s mini nuke with a pointless end ratio mechanic, rather than making it a 60s recharge with just slightly more damage and balanced end gain like they should have.
  8. I'll have to refresh, buy i also noticed that the -damage from galvanic sentinel wasn't working when I was trying to test if it would stack.
  9. Coyote basically answered this already. While numbers are important, they also aren't everything. A plant dom can have capped defenses and resistance to everything, but if they skip seeds and creepers to do it, are going to have a much tougher time. Those values are also not even accounting for the extra 11.25% defense from the protector bots. If you're having trouble with this build with the values on mine, then you're not playing the build right. Given EA's low damage additions, and bots not getting most of their aoe till 32, getting those couple attacks especially photon grenade to help with the aoe, and also will stack with the protector bots later on for some stacking stun though minor are very important. Also if your only worried about chaining shock, discharge, and energizing circuit, you're not using the builds full potential either. Also to note, the defense values with agility barely change, it's there for the extra end mod and recharge. Mainly for discharge, and energizing circuit, as well as rej/insul circuits. Musculature instead of agility is fine, just so you know that that's why agility would be useful for the build. Hasten as well, actually adds a lot to the build. While individual powers may have slightly less recharge because of it, that means that you're still using all powers collectively faster. So when you need to heal, you rejuv/insulate, and do it faster to get back to focusing on blasting and discharging/energizing. As you said how you plan for below 30 play, I do too, including below 20 play for positron, which you don't have the LOTG recharge bonuses for that to help out, but you do have hasten. And i've never had a problem using just ninja run and the jump pack for travel. Keep in mind as well, that energizing circuit's recharge, is only 125% to the TARGET. The value of the recharge (which for all circuit powers i think is stupid and should be full value for all targets, and the rech value should be lower, but last longer) scales down per target hit. At BEST case scenario, that's 93.75% recharge if you're the very next one hit. Considering you yourself have 6 pets, it's likely that the circuit will hit others before you, and you would get even less than that for those 5 seconds. So as you can see, adjusting only means slightly better stats, but not better performance. The only thing i would change, is if slows are never an issue, ie never fighting anything with cold or psy, then putting pre-opt only in shock/discharge.
  10. It does get resisted and doesn't do enough on it's own, but paired with discharge, that's 120 end if you don't slot it, allowing you to basically insta neuter +2 mobs. Putting an end mod +5 in it, will be 155%, allowing you to drain +3s in two hits.
  11. Also, if you're not getting that 3% defense pvp in faraday, which is really important too, just need to move one slot to it, use 2 of unbreakable, it's cheaper, and that 2.5% end reduction ends up meaning more for endurance. I'm not sure on the merit of that +perception proc in emp circ outside of pvp, especially when you already have tactics, and other people on the team likely would too. As for literally no reason that the dam/to hit values scale down down the chain, a to hit doesn't do much either, so i feel with 13 end cost for how fast it recharges, an end reduction goes the furthest. I do like full pre-opt in discharge, (shock too but i don't feel it's worth the slots, statwise without the slow resist, i would do 3 pre-opt, acc/rech and the two triples), on your build i may take a slot from the immobilize, and put that to 6 slot discharge as that's actually worth it (6 slotted, not as much with 5 slots for the stats).
  12. It wasn't that he was using influence, it was that it was being used inappropriately. As to the build, yes it's mostly expensive cause of the couple purple sets and winter set i have in there. The rest we can agree that about 2 mil per IO is about average. My builds usually work, so that you can use other sets in those same exact slots and power/slot selections until you can afford the purple/winter IOs. For a much cheaper build until then, all you do is this which saves about 344 million at not much cost to the build and you won't even have to respec: Villain Plan by Mids' Reborn : Hero Designer 2.6.0.7 https://github.com/ImaginaryDevelopment/imaginary-hero-designer Click this DataLink to open the build! 13. I'll agree that EA doesn't use hasten as much as some sets do, but it still does a good bit. Especially when it's main defense is spamming the heal and absorb. It also helps you use the aoe and ST damage attacks faster as well, and yes, 25% faster energizing circuit is always good. And there wasn't really much room for any improvement. Some stats on a MINOR scale for defense etc maybe, but overall to do that it's not worth what you have to lose/move around to do so. So there isn't room for improvement, as much as it is YOUR preference. Also, it's very important for discharge to neuter spawns.
  14. Check page 4 and you'll see it beat. It addresses the kb issue for one so it far out dps's the other builds. the only difference is tough/weave are later in the build, but also means you get two attacks earlier. The only other main difference is the extra ranged defense, but that doesn't mean much, when you're already capping s/l/e defenses plus about 38/39% to the rest. My build also has 35% more global recharge in addition to 45% more slow resistance which is very important for EA. Oh yeah and was web envelope too to manage the wanders wander when they are drained.
  15. Don't forget to add making the upgrade powers auto proc auras. I know of at least 7 in game people who agree on that, and multiple discussions on help where people have agreed with not one disagreeing.
  16. Defibrillate. Not only is the red always valuable, on a mm it has the added benefit of being a big end drain. As the sleep would be i would assume the end drain is aoe. So that plus discharge will fully drain a whole mob up to +3 in about 5 seconds, every 35ish seconds with two 50+5 recharges and the rest of the build.
  17. Sorry I just get overly passionate and playing from beginning and even making builds for years when the game was gone has given me a lot of insight. It also bugs me having hard to get/expensive ios wasted on a build taking away from the community and making the prices go higher when they're not needed.
  18. Except you're giving bad advice that is going to cost them a lot more and take IO/Hami's out of the market that can better be used for other builds. And High end doesn't mean much with energizing circuit. They shouldn't be having any problems, hence in the following miracle instead of panacea in health. And empowering is crucial, at least/especially if you team because it's one of the only buffs the set has to actually help with acc/damage which is what most people are going to expect if you ever team with them. Tactics is also very useful on MMs, and uses the gaussians better because the to hit bonus drops off from empowering circuit (which you also didn't take till 41...) Here is a much better, and cheaper build that will be much more value on teams, and also addresses the knockback issue that the bots have which you did not address. I seem passionate because i simply don't want people to follow bad advice and spend more money for a less effective build. 19. Except here where it's really a waste of money and a waste of HAMIs where someone else may need it better and you're pointlessly taking it from them for no reason, really. I get that for more hold proc chances, but that's pretty minimal on the build, and I would value the higher acc with the acc/rech, especially for how mobs like to wander when drained of endurance.
  20. With the purple sets, if you use that only immobilize for example, you'll get about 101% immobilize on the power, if you skip that, and get the acc/rech, you get more acc/rech which is very important as the sets kinda low already, and you can boost the acc/rech, and immob/end, and even the acc/imm/rech, to still get about 98% immobilize which is only about a second difference, but much more acc/rech stats on the power.
  21. You DEFINITELY don't need to use that many HOs. The value they add to the build is COMPLETELY unnecessary. Especially since most are only adding a tiny fraction of end reduction that doesn't matter with energizing circuit. Also for things like the aoe immobilize, you want the acc/rech, not the straight immobilize. Purples cap out their stat + rech values by boosting just two pieces and you get more acc and rech that way. Also for rejuvenating and insulating circuit, panacea? Really? For literally like 40 mill cheaper you can get doctored wounds for just a 2.5% rech loss, or use one more slot and get preventative medicine for an extra 1.25% recharge for much less money too. And I get they did Numina for the ranged defense but there are better ways. And empowering circuit at 41??? The more I look at this build the more I see how utter crap it is. I'm going to try to get the new mids update today and will make a proper build.
  22. For all non Mastermind classes make it so when you go to summon a new pet if the old pet is not dead that the location reticle instead tells the pet to go to that location.
  23. Energizing circuit also needs fixed. It's pointless to have that high rech for only 5 seconds. It needs to have the rech lowered but last longer.
  24. I did as well and still no EA. On EA, they need to make Galvanic Sentinel not go away unless it's killed. Too often it goes away and stupid to keep casting, though it is def worth keeping out. Just like FFgen, and even Dark Servant, they should not die on their own. There are too many clicks in this set too. They should make maybe empowering circuit a pbaoe proc aura toggle. There isn't much point also in the values declining. They should stay the same for every target hit.
