Before entering the haunted house, speak to a contact outside, then to the bored girl on one side of the house, then the bored guy on the other side, and then back to the initial contact where the boss called Black Whip awaits. Quick fight, no badge and I see no badge progress anywhere for it on the mid-level alt I used that has only a few badges so I could easily check. So aside from a brief bit of fun, is there a point to spawning and beating the Black Whip? Paragonwiki has no data, it mentions this part of the haunted house but the article is incomplete.
