Launcher loads and then quits

I launch Tequilla, the window appears, it validates and then just quits.

 

Here is the log:

[2020-02-10 7:14:47 PM]    Started patching
[2020-02-10 7:14:47 PM]    Attempting to download Manifest file "http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml"
[2020-02-10 7:14:49 PM]    Manifest downloaded successfully, starting to process it.
[2020-02-10 7:14:49 PM]    Starting self-patch process.
[2020-02-10 7:14:49 PM]    Self patching process complete.
[2020-02-10 7:14:49 PM]    Loading Web Browser URL to: "https://patch.savecoh.com/homecoming.html"

Have you tried changing to  http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml  in the launcher?

 

Or  http://patch.savecoh.com/beta.xml  ?

It's probably this, there is likely an online access permission dialog behind the CoX window.
