BrandX Posted June 11, 2020 Share Posted June 11, 2020 Set Rage To-Hit/Damage bonus to Follow Up/Blinding Feint numbers, and it can be double stacked, no issue. Instead of worrying about a To-Hit check, one just has to worry about the crash. As for Energy Melee, I haven't been convinced Energy Melee would be OPed on a Scrapper, especially since I can hit for over 1k on a StJ Scrapper with Crushing Uppercut. In fact, I'd guess ET and TF need to be sped up a bit, and I feel Energy Melee should be in the top 3 for ST damage. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
