It was placed in the public beta last weekend, so players like you and I will be testing it out and providing feedback and suggestions before it is officially released on the live shards. That's how things are usually done. So, expect Issue 27 to arrive between the end of the Halloween event and the start of the Winter event. If it is delayed for some reason, then expect it after the end of the Winter event. Originally on Infinity.
