srmalloy Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 I imagine that after years fighting villains, a hero gets rather blasé about common dangers, and after so many years, the civilians likely have gotten used to it, but is there some way to tweak the timing on the way the client presents the tram for you to enter so that your character doesn't randomly decide to throw themselves in front of the tram when it pulls into the station? I know it's just a visual thing, but it's still quirky enough to be distinctly odd to have your character decide to hurl themselves in front of the tram just to test themselves or something. 1 3
Player2 Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 Mine waits sometimes until as or after the doors close and pushes right through them as the train leaves.
AerialAssault Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 Windows are just another type of door for risk takers. And my characters ain't wimps. 1 Oh? You like City of Heroes? Name every player character. I'll be waiting in my PMs.
Patti Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 If you ride the train in front of the tram car instead of inside it then you get to your destination faster. Facts. 1 3
Vanden Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 How about first we make it so you can click the doors while they're open like we used to be able to before they broke in Issue 4 (!)? Leogunner Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Just don't choose your destination until the tram arrives. Of course, you have to click the door when the tram is closed/not yet arrived but it doesn't thrust you in front of it if you don't become impatient.
