The path is still empty and it asked me to enter the path 

I am afraid it will happen like last time 

I will enter the path and then give me the error message

This is where people generally have missed the remaining permissions

Go here and see if the HC Launcher is listed (the one below Island Rum in the picture)

True, but no "Removable Volumes" either...

Close and restart the launcher to see if you get this prompt or if you remember seeing it yet in general

 

Mind you, it won't say Island Rum

I closed and I restarted the prompt. 

All I saw was this , so , no, it die not ask me nor did it prompt the security ....

Because it triggers after hitting play...forget that for now, brain is dealing with migraine.

Make sure you've force closed all the launchers on the bottom. Reboot the Mac if you need to. I can find the actual path in a bit, but you're not Supposed to have to deal with that. Well, that and it Should have prefilled it.

Relaunch the launcher after the above of course

I see this again 

Again, no prompt of anything

This is the Actual location, but again, if things are going the Right way, then you shouldn't need to do that.

The interesting thing is, your permission window has a difference that May be just for MacBooks I think. Not sure why as I'm on 11.2.3 on the Mini.

IDK where you have to do it, but you'll need to put the Applications/Launch CoH.app on that AV's whitelist
