Brainstorm Transfer Level Range

What is the minimum level for transferring characters to Brainstorm? I don’t see any of my Level Ones on the transfer list.

I don't see any of my level ones either, but I do see a level two and a level four on my transfer list.

Leveling up to Two did the trick. Curious that Level One can’t make the transfer, however, I’m not going to stress about it.😁

It makes sense to me because level one is what you have just out of the character creator, you have not really played the char in a shard until it reaches level 2.
