wjrasmussen Posted December 13, 2021 Posted December 13, 2021 I am at 880 crafted items and have aroud 60 to make to complete all the 45/50 I have remaining to craft for badges. That leaves around 60 to make. Are there any items that can be crafted for bases I could use to complete the last 60 items? I went to Ouroboros all i got was this lousy secret! COH bomp bomp:
ArchVileTerror Posted December 13, 2021 Posted December 13, 2021 I don't recall exactly, but I -think- Empowerment Buffs do? 1

But you cannot make another one if you have one of that type. I think... Here's what I do for the crafting badges. Level 25 Damage Level 50 Recharge I find people will still buy these, though it might take 24 hours to sell them all. They also only take two components each. If you have unlimited money just create the cheapest IOs and delete them. Night Pixie on Excelsior Introduction to Arachnos Widows - Night/Blood/Fortunata
Frozen Burn Posted December 13, 2021 Posted December 13, 2021 All those uncommon and rare recipes that drop... craft some or all of those and sell or convert them into something that sells - or outright use some! 😄
Ironblade Posted December 13, 2021 Posted December 13, 2021 For the extra crafts, I did level 45 Endurance Reduction and Endurance Modification. And then I continued with those, doing a few dozen every day, in order to get the badge for selling 7,000 items on the consignment house. 1 Originally on Infinity. I have Ironblade on every shard. - My only AE arc: The Origin of Mark IV (ID 48002) Link to the story of Toggle Man, since I keep having to track down my original post.

Empowerment buffs are the cheap way to craft more inventions, but @KaizenSoze is right that once you have one, you can't make it again until the previous one expires. There are 25 of them and they expire after 90 minutes of in-game time. I found them to be a pretty good way to make progress towards the Master Craftsman and Fabricator badges while still playing the game instead of spending lots of time crafting. If you make a list of the salvage you need for a complete set of 25 empowerments and get into the habit of stopping by a base to fill up again when the last set expires, the badge progress is pretty steady if you play the toon a lot. Plus, most of the enhancements themselves are pretty handy (with the exception of Increase Knockback and, if you think you'll end up with any escort missions, Grant Invisibility). Doing any other thing is just a waste of my time. Always craft, convert and sell or use your drops! You don't do it for a badge, you do it to fund your next alt. The badge is gravy. On my characters that pursue this badge - Craft all the common IOs required. Then, have my farmer give all the recipes it gets from drops and do the crafting until the badge is awarded. Takes almost no time at all, really. A couple minutes after each farm map. Oh, on the empowerment buffs, You can delete those buffs once you get them and burn your salvage to get them all over again. 2

You're right—you can delete them in the Powers window. I was trying (and failing) to find a way to cancel them through the status icons. Well. That would have saved some time a while ago. :) 1
