Maxwell Anderson's arc. Running with a vanilla brute. Twenty missions. 20! And then maybe you get Nemesis.

But, of course, that's not him...or is it?

That's a great arc (BTW, it's Maxwell Christopher, not Anderson, just in case anyone wants to look it up in the wiki).  Really dang long, but a great story and blessedly free of the defeat-alls and escort missions that plague many other Issue 1 arcs.

Also from Maxwell Christopher missions, one of 2 mini arcs, 5 missions long and you get True Nemesis badge

Also, the first mission is great for farming Fake Nemeses at x8.  Should take about three runs for the badge.

THAT guy would likely kick my vanilla toon's ass.:-) This version of Acrobattle is my old-school, slow-grind, craft-only-what-drops character (in the Long Riders SG). I've got him going fairly well on IO's, but the nice sets are lacking a bit. Which is fine, since that's the idea. I had to gobble some Insps and plink-plink the other, plain ol' Nem. When he threw his impenetrable shield up, I danced with his minions, dropped them all, then returned to take him out. But to kinda give a feel for how long it took, he activated that damned shield twice-once with the minons, once after they were down. I plinked him with some basics until it dropped before finally dropping him. He was still easier than Nosferatu in the earlier mish. That dude was an EB who conned purple. In any case, it was nice to know you can run the basic mishes on default and still be successful (albeit, slowwwwwly...).

Yeah I just finished Maxwell's missions on my current mostly solo project a AR/Dev blaster. No super powers just a well trained soldier. That of course means no travel power, sprint and athletic run with a jetpack when flying is needed. I have been slotting him up as I leveled though.

Been a nice change of pace from my usual fast smash/blast/boom game
