Hello,

1. Freezer Burn badge - defeat Boss with TF on advanced difficulty. Does one star setting count as advanced and if not what level does?

2. Where/when does this new Boss spawn during the TF?

3. Any strategy/tips/tricks to stop those really annoying Cyclops and Minataurs both going immortal or whatever it is they do and fleeing all over the map? Have been street sweeping on clifftops and it takes forever chasing them.

Thanks guys

I don't know about 1 and 2. For 3, while the Elite Bosses do indeed spawn on the cliff sides, they're level 54. Recommend instead running the Valeria incarnate story arc in Cimerora or trying out the ITF, even solo, at -1/1 settings if possible.

1. Yes, 1-star setting counts as "advanced difficulty" / Hard-mode.

2. As you defeat the Computer, the giant robots come to life and rocket to the front of the map landing by the first bridge where the first General is - so be sure to clear that whole ENTIRE area of mobs before you go up the hill.

3. The only way to prevent their "unstoppable" power activation is to stack enough holds on them - which is nearly (if not outright) impossible.  Generally, in the ITF or mission arcs, they do not run all over the place like they do when hunting them out in the open.  Run a couple "kill most" ITFs and you'll have the badge - many people like joining "kill most" ITFs for money, xp, and these badges.

FB gave enough for 1&2

The other place to get Minotaur & Cyclops is in the Sister Solaris arc.  Last mission has a bunch, but the joining in a normal ITF will quickly do it.  Those get run quite a bit on Excelsior and Everlasting.

You can get around ITF eb’s unstoppable by doing the following:

1) drain their end to zero and apply -recovery. Yes, they do need end to activate unstoppable. No, they do not immediately regen 1 end and cast unstoppable with that; end recovery for enemies occurs in discrete ticks, as it does for players, and you can keep them at 0 more than long enough to kill them.

2) Use psi attacks; mob unstoppable does not give psi resistance.

3) Hold them, so that they cannot cast it. This is difficult because Minos and cyclopes have mez prot.

4) wait for it to wear off. Just drag them behind you while you kill other stuff; they do no real damage.

1 star will work

Get to mission 3, bring the computer down to 10% or so and you get the cutscene.   Note that while soloing the 2 giants is possible,  it is not quite worth it.

Cyclops/Minotaurs,  stack holds and immobs, pop reds like they are pez and go to town on them
