Just wanted to give a 5 star shout out to GM_Impervium.  He responded to my ticket within 3 minutes and helped me locate a missing hostage immediately, didn't TP me there- let me navigate on my own to keep the immersion... such amazing service, thank you!

The GMs in Homecoming are incredibly good.  If real life had city services like this I might venture outside more often.

Just doin' my part...

For real though, each of the GMs are all pretty good about this. Once in a while we even race each other to resolve a ticket that came in!
