Trike Posted March 28 Posted March 28 1 hour ago, Player2 said: find it weird that the thigh high boots on the left seem to have been interpreted as having some separate layer thing going on below the knee on the left where the original boots are smooth all the way up, whereas the middle and right actually have a separating line there but its been interpreted as little more than a wrinkle It’s also odd how Krea insists on adding belly buttons. It seems to be interpreting tights as both clothes and skin simultaneously. However, a year from now this thing will be making these talk, so weirdness on the way is to be expected.

Trike Posted March 28 Posted March 28 My character Dread Vilda with the standard setting in Krea. The auto-generated description was half accurate and half not, but it came out fine. “In this image, there are three panels featuring a Sim dressed as Red Sonja. The Sim is standing in a grassy field and is wearing a bikini, a corset, and knee-high boots. The bikini and corset are silver with metallic details, and the Sim is also wearing arm bracer armor on their arms. The Sim has short, orange hair and is holding a sword in each hand.‘ 4
Trike Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Dread Vilda as interpreted by Bing AI. I used the same simple prompt each time, just switching out the location and enemy. ”Art station style, epic fantasy, [location], a warrior woman similar to Red Sonja is wielding a sword and fighting [enemy]” I did about a dozen variations, but here’s the gist. There’s a hint of Horizon: Forbidden Dawn in some, but overall I liked the results. It’ll be nice when we can get persistent characters in various scenes. 3

Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 My Energy/Invulnerability brute, Good Girl, came out almost perfect... only thing Krea messed up on was the G symbol 2
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Decided to try something a little less human with my Atlantean warrior, Aquablade. The belt and top didn't maintain consistency between the two poses, but still looks good overall... including how her sword looks like water and how the slime aura looks dripping off of her like she just climbed out of the sea. 2 1
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 And this time I went really inhuman. If some spookslayers confronted her, she'd probably be asking if they were gods... 3
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Krea vs the Malaise pattern... I think it handled it quite well. 2 1
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Overall this one came out great. The electric and fog didn't interfere or get misrepresented, the swirl pattern tights came out great. The only issue is the mask... 3
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 And finally, time for a little gunplay... Interesting how it translated the darker bottom of the skirt to slightly translucent. 3
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Interesting side note... I processed a similar image but with the Carnies sash-style belt and it interpreted the thong underneath as... something else. Watch out for NSFW content. Good to know... better to find out while I wasn't at work. 3
Player2 Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Like my Atlantean above, I used the Blaster -> Ninja Training secondary with the elemental sword... this time to get an energy weapon instead of a watery blade. And maybe it was the electric aura on the hands, but Krea interpreted my attempt at a lightning blade quite well. 4

Dynamo-Joe Posted March 28 Posted March 28 (edited) I tried to enhance Kara Skye here and was initially unsatisfied. Something about the face the system seemed to get wrong. Made her look cross-eyed and just... Wrong somehow. I guess it was triggering an "uncanny valley" response in me. So I went over to the side and opened up the "advanced options" and started messing around. And I bumped some sliders back and forth and got something rather unexpected. The face and body was MUCH closer to being spot on. But the details in how it all was rendered... Well! Looks more like an OIL PAINTING that you'd hang up! Not precisely what I was going for - but I'll take it! As Bob Ross might've put it - a happy little accident! 😆 Edited March 28 by Dynamo-Joe 2 1
sbloyd Posted March 28 Author Posted March 28 Took a shot at Krea, and when I wasn't quite happy with the results, I fed itself the output, then overlaid them in a paint program and combined the two... then combined the original over that... then fed it to Krea again. Krea SURE likes wrinkles, doesn't it? 4 Horizon Twilight, The Chernobyl Effect, XLR Mk8, Dodgeball, and a host of other alts all hanging out on Everlasting.
Herotu Posted March 28 Posted March 28 (edited) It makes me wonder if games will be developed with good graphics in future or if there will be an AI overlay that reinterprets crap graphics in real time. Edited March 28 by Herotu 1 ..It only takes one Beanbag fan saying that they JRANGER it for the devs to revert it.

That would give a massive replay value to older games. On the other hand, if people could just apply it to their older games they might not want to buy new games. I suppose it really depends on what would cost more to develop, a new game from the ground up or applying the AI enhancement overlay to existing games. I think when they get such an idea fine tuned enough that it can be done quick, easy, and cheaply then we will see a resurgence in old games repackaged with new graphics.

Given what a moneymaker "remastered" old games are? Heck yeah. Horizon Twilight, The Chernobyl Effect, XLR Mk8, Dodgeball, and a host of other alts all hanging out on Everlasting.
Healix Posted March 28 Posted March 28 Wow! Those are so amazing! I would LOVE to see how my Little Healix (created originally April 2004) would look with that treatment. Forever grateful to be back in my city!
