Database scraper?

Hello, I am just curious about certain apps that may be available for Homecoming. Is there an existing app that scrapes the database and pulls all toons from a specific account. Maybe something that can give us a .csv file with all of the significant stats. I feel like I've seen a page that gives the player a list of their tools. Anyone know?

Live had City Info Tracker, which did that (and the existing list is archived, essentially - obviously it doesn't have anything getting added to it right now.) That's probably what you're thinking of.

Database really seems to be more of a support set, but I suppose you could make a scrapper armour set from it.
