Can somebody tell me what this effect is on this character?

Anybody know what the hell the green effect is on this character? She's an archery/darkness blaster, with no powers colored green. This effect seemed to appear randomly on her while in a Crey mission, and lingered after exiting. It didn't appear at all in the next Crey mission, though the second mission didn't have the more heavily-armored Crey mobs that appeared in the first mission. There are also no icons under my character meters that would explain this, as far as I can tell.

Really wish you'd have included your status bar area - would have had icons about all the active effects on you.

Exactly, if you look at your Buff / Debuff Bar you will find "Crey Narcotic" listed, if you right click it will show its debuffs.

Description

The Crey scientists have injected you with a narcotic that slows your movement speed, attack speed, and endurance recovery! After completing your mission, you should seek help from your contact. If you cannot reach your contact, the effect should wear off.

 

How to Get

To obtain this temporary power, obtain the Investigate the Crey lab mission assigned by Janet Kellum.

 

Power Summary

Duration Until mission completed, or until you speak to your contact (If Janet Kellum is not one of your contacts, speak to one of your current contacts instead)

Effects Self -Regeneration, -Recovery, -Health, -Endurance

Thanks, that must be it, since that was the mission. It's odd, though, that it came and went during the mission, and when I checked my buff/debuff icons, I didn't see it. And I've done that mission many times before, and don't recall seeing this visual effect.

I noticed that the last time I did it, started on the first floor and eventually it went away, but when I exited the elevator onto the 2nd floor it was back. May be a bug in the mission or power parameters. Just a guess but you may not receive the Crey Narcotic if you defeat the NPC responsible for dosing you from range, who knows.

I'd check the combat attributes as well.   I haven't played around with hiding autopower buff icons, though it shouldn't be the issue in your case.

The Crey Narcotic, though, displays as the same swirling ring of balls around your character that an Endurance Discount power does, except the balls are a darker blue and the ring moves down instead of up.
