Killroy308 Posted March 19 Posted March 19 (edited) Ive recently switched from being aggressively solo to being a mostly team player and swapped to Excelsior and rerolled my main, Sword Lady, to do all the Task Forces. Now, Manifestette joins her to do the Strike Forces. And as I have checked the forums and wikis, I see very little opinions about the task forces themselves so I wanted to show this off. At time of updating Sword Lady is a 50 Dual Blade/Will power Scrapper and Manifestette is a 19 Assault Rifle/ Poison Corruptor if that contextualizes the list. S Penelope A Posi 1&2, Lady Grey, Ms. Liberty B Moonfire, Katie Hannon, Numina, Tarikoss C Manticore, Ernesto Hess, Sutter, Imperious D Citadel, Sister Psyche F Synapse, Rated on: Fun, difficulty, time to complete, staying in one zone, PATROLS, "Faultline 2: Electric Boogaloo", not being 9 warehouses full of Clockwork Edited Monday at 07:38 AM by Killroy308 Removed a recently in intro blerp, added Imperious Tarikoss and ML to listto list.
Gerswin Jr Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Based on your tier list, I think you would really enjoy Mortimer Kal and maybe Ice Mistral redside. Aeon is my favorite but it might be a bit long for you if you don't just stick to objectives. 1

Thanks for replying, once Sword hits 50 I'm planning on trying all the Strike Forces and I'll add em to this list as I go. I'll have to check those out Edited March 20 by Killroy308 Changed a mistyped "playing" to "planning"
Snarky Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Redside, best side! Us Redsiders have really upped our standards! 1 1
SeraphimKensai Posted Thursday at 11:33 AM Posted Thursday at 11:33 AM Don't forget ITF, the 4 Shadow Shard TFs, OG Posi, etc.

Yin's very good at this, the npc's you encounter during it say things everyone sees that make it pretty clear. 1

High_Beam Posted Friday at 02:58 AM Posted Friday at 02:58 AM Let me consult my spreadsheets. Girls of Nukem High - Excelsior - Tempus Fabulous, Flattery, Jennifer Chilly, Betty Beatdown, Totally Cali, Two Gun Trixie Babes of War - Excelsior - High Beam (Yay), Di Di Guns, Runeslinger, Munitions Mistress, Tideway, Hard Melody, Blue Aria Many alts and lots of fun. Thank you Name Release For letting me get my OG main back!
Ironblade Posted Friday at 11:22 PM Posted Friday at 11:22 PM Hmm... I might have put Posi 2 at S Class and I would definitely not rate Numina that high. If I could, I'd put Numina between C and D. I think it's worse than Manticore but nowhere near as bad as Citadel. Originally on Infinity. I have Ironblade on every shard. - My only AE arc: The Origin of Mark IV (ID 48002) Link to the story of Toggle Man, since I keep having to track down my original post.

I enjoy ITF usually, but last night I ran it on my Dom and remembered I hate it on that toon. Half of my tool bag is useless due to all the status protection floating around. I'd imagine controllers might feel similar. Perhaps there are other trends within ATs and powersets that make some tfs more or less enjoyable.

Apex finale can be a but annoying for melee loving characters. Blue patches will burn you down quickly. Also you need to tell Controllers not to immob her (unlike pretty much every other AV where Immob = good). My Fire / Marine quite enjoyed the ITF I was on during the week. KB still works fairly well (and is downright broken for the Rommie fight once he rezzes. Also really good vs the Lobster Khelds). Oh God, Apex. I still have nightmares from my one attempt at that fustercluck. Never again. --- 64453 - This Was Your Life? - An AE arc that lets you relive your hero's greatest triumphs!
