• Any additional information you wish the judges to know beforehand:  Repeat Offenders (RO) is one of the oldest coalitions in CoH, running since 2005. The Apostles base is built within 5261 Eureka, an asteroid at the L5 Lagrange point, near Mars. Base teleportation enters in the Deep Labs, with an available elevator to the Surface Labs, Engineering, and Command Centers.

• Any additional information you wish the judges to know beforehand: Just a cozy little bookstore on a rainy day in downtown Steel Canyon.  Except the bookstore is also a secret club house to the Harker family, notorious vampire/monster hunters. Neighborhood looks great at night. This place is all about the mood.

  Newport City is south of Founders' Falls, and is home to biotech company Gentech which is owned by David Prescott. David is a mutant, and is able to use his mind to help or harm others. He began his company to research the mutant gene and seek to help those that are born as he was. While the city itself is home to a normal population, Prescott leads a group of mutants that primarily headquarter below the city. Several group assets are accessible via several locations in the city. (Note: there is nowhere you can enter that you can get "stuck" - there is always at least one way out of somewhere you enter. I was limited by intra-base teleport points). Highlights of the city are: Mansion Row to the south and east, Lola's Cocktails and Rays to the west, city hall to the southwest, Gentech HQ and Laboratory to the southwest, Prescott Manor to the northeast. There are lots of retail, restaurant, and commercial spaces as well. Enjoy your explorations!

• Contributing builders’ names or Global handles: Just me based off an idea by the base owner,  @Finkill ('an epic interdimensional pocket') and a suggestion from @Dacy ('floating giant statue'). They both agreed it was OK to enter the base.

• Any additional information you wish the judges to know beforehand: An interdimensional pocket space was created by the outpourings of energy from the Well of the Furies. It expanded in nothingness until the the psychic impressions carried through the ongoing link crystallized into key concepts. The monumental interlinked nature of the universe is expressed in frozen representations of some of the major forces, The Ronin Raider discovered this through a portal mishap and began using it as a rest and regrouping area for his team's forays. A secret shared, as they say, led to a tech conglomerate starting to explore the space. A colleague of Argot'BurWot  heard of this and sent a Rikti scientific vessel to investigate. They quickly called in Vanguard, who now maintain a rapid reaction portal with logistics and training consultants on hand. In exchange the consortium agreed to develop the site sensitively without defacing the existing archeological remains. Wary of the advanced Forerunner technology, the consortium have added their own functional facilities. Come and see the primordial remains and try not to notice the expanding technology base 'sensitively' built around them.

There is an access port to the exterior located in the northwest corner of the 10 main decks. Fly/Jet Pack is required for exterior exploration. It's best viewed with /vis_scale 10. It is at the base limit of 20,000 items.

  Inspired by comics events such as Marvel Zombies and DCeased, Zombie Fusion is Fusion Force's undead theme team. We created undead versions of our main characters for the Halloween season last year.
  Our base has two main sections - the sewer portion and the graveyard portion. The Zombies have taken up residence in Paragon City's sewer system, and have made a home and functional base of operations from the trash and refuse of the city. At the end of the sewer segment, ride a broken pipe into the graveyard, a purely decorative area of quiet contemplation and eerie vibes.
  If you enjoy scavenger hunts, try to locate the ten hidden blue rubber duckies! Five are hidden in the sewer section and five are in the graveyard.

    My intention was to build a micro-base that still had all the amenities in as few rooms as possible. There is a princess bed for Banana's Foster, a bed of hay for 
    Clumsy Oaf, and other beds and a locker room for other members.  Is it pretty? No. Sexy?  NO! A testiment to base building skills?  Hardly.  It's just the most
    base I could shove in the least space with my limited talent.  I'm pleased with the results, although I'm sure the average builder could have done so much better.
