50g butter*

50g sugar*

add milk until it's a thick goop that you can almost whip - you want to get air into it.

Sultanas if you want.

 

4 mins in microwave. Nom!

Put jam (conserve/preserve or whatever americans call it) on if you didn't put any sultanas.
For best result serve with custard. Nom nom nom!
