Exploration badge "get a badge, get a tip" breaks early in KW

When I was running a character around the new Kallisti Wharf for exploration badges, I stopped getting new exploration tips after six of the seven new badges, leaving 'Marked Out' with no 'trail of breadcrumbs'.

 

Also, as a secondary bug, there appears to be something strange going on with the 'thumbtack' command in KW. When someone posted several of the plaque locations in chat, I copied them to a text editor, then pasted one back in as a /thumbtack command. The command "/thumbtack [1891.5 41.8 971.7]" produced a marker outside the war wall on the west side of the zone; using "/sg [1891.5 41.8 971.7]" to make the coords appear in SG chat, then clicking on them, correctly marked the location.

Try it without the enclosing brackets. I don't think thumbtack is meant to be used with enclosing brackets.

Same problem with the explore badge tip.

Got the one near the hospital first then used the tips to get two more and then they just stopped being issued.

I got the one right up north on the end of the Quay and no tip.

 

Edit… I then used thumbtacks for all the rest of the explore badges and then for every History plaques (approx 19 plaques) and every one worked exactly as they should.
