By the way, if you are worried about having 250 prismatic aethers, next month is the Halloween event and each character (that hasn't already done so) can earn up to 10 prismatics by participating in Trick or Treat leagues. There are 5 elite bosses, and there are defeat badges for each boss that gets you 2 prismatics per badge, so 10 total. So if you have a bunch of characters who haven't already done this, you can get a bunch of prismatics.

You redeem prismatic aether particles at the Hologram that’s found at any Vault or I believe in Pocket D.

There's also one in the Vanguard base in RWZ.

Is there a hologram dealer in the Vanguard base?

Those times you saw no footprints, I had Fly toggled on.

If you have a really tiny character to begin with vs a Hulk type, do the sizes scale down in mini mode or they all generally the same mini size?

Minis are all about the same size, as far as I can tell. Some of mine are Huge bodies 8ft tall, they're still as small as the smallest regular body when mini'd.

"A really tiny character":  see  Circus Ringmaster, head of the Flea Circus SG, below.  All FCSG characters are built at the smallest scalable size.  I, unfortunately, do not have a max-sized character with mini mode to compare it to, but maybe someone can place theirs next to Matthew in Atlas Park for comparison.

@smnolimits41, you may want to take the entirety of your avatar creation into account before going with the mini mode.   Some parts may NOT scale.   Now, if you'll excuse me...

Serge!  You got some 'splainin' to do!

A flea circus, you say:

First on left is mini mode, second in center is smallest height, huge body, and third on right is max height, huge body.

As an aside, certain costume parts don't scale when you switch to mini-mode until you zone.

Capes definitely, and looks like the trench coat bit as well.  Though I like the super long tents for their silliness.
