I had been wanting to continue the story of the Paragon Corps, but was having some trouble with deciding which base to do next for them.  Having watched Star Trek III the other night, I always loved the view of Mount Seleya on Vulcan.  That served as the inspiration for this one, along with other favorite sci-fi works.
