I still haven't gotten any of my characters over there yet. From what I recall of the plans for it, though, wasn't this supposed to be a zone for all alignments?

Dark Astoria was changed in to that. :)

 

Dark Astoria was just a starting point. Adding Incarnate content equal to Going Rogue ( which should have been incarnate content) is more of what I would prefer.
