Of course, there's always the "Has this bug been reported before?" which a quick perusal says "Yes!" So adding your experience if not noted to one of those threads could be done.

Oh hell no. That's a horrible return rate for Merits to be spent on SOs especially. Use Reward merits to buy Converters or Boosters and sell on the Auction House. Then use the inf for buying stuff. Much better return for your investment. A single merit gets you over 180,000 inf. You can buy 3 level 50 SOs for that. (And by that time, Basic IOs are better anyway...) And don't buy salvage that way either. Your post is full of horrible advice.

RWZ Base rework has done more harm than good...
lemming replied to Shin Magmus's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
The waypoint issue would be nice to fix, though difficult I understand with the other ways in and out of the base. Maybe it should just path thru the portal if you are inside and the destination is outside, and visa versa. Teleport Target has always been my friend for lost teammates -
If they're wanting to learn, great! If they don't pay attention, then I'm not going to be happy with them, but if they have the basics of the game and follow instructions, we can work with that

I think if they got rid of the level shifts and did a rebalance shuffle, it would be a good step. -
Is there any reason that enhancement combining can fail?
lemming replied to Monos King's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
Probably 35+ since Aeon is that level up. Though in theory they're less valuable, in order to get one, it's just as much of a hurdle. Though maybe making it so that if both enhancements level 50+ are 100% to combine would drop the painful bit. -

lemming replied to Monos King's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
It's always been there. Getting rid of it would instantly make the lower level ones more valuable since you wouldn't need to worry about failure. Would this change break anything, probably not of much significance. -

Slot Machine's Random Challenge (the 20th Anniversary edition)
lemming replied to Troo's topic in General Discussion
I went ahead and made a crappy Perl script and had it spit out one from each AT Blaster -> Seismic Blast - Atomic Manipulation Brute -> Super Strength - Regeneration Controller -> Mind Control - Electrical Affinity Defender -> Storm Summoning - Water Blast Dominator -> Mind Control - Arsenal Assault Mastermind -> Necromancy - Poison Scrapper -> Radiation Melee - Ninjitsu Sentinal -> Archery - Stone Armor Stalker -> Claws - Willpower Tanker -> Invulnerability (Jackpot Winner!!) - Psionic Melee The Scrapper & Sentinal seem to have the most mismatched power sets. -

I made one recently, though I'm probably tossing them. They haven't clicked the right boxes. -
Wikipedia and City of Heroes (not the Homecoming Wiki)
lemming replied to Techwright's topic in General Discussion
Yea, technically, maybe, but since HC has been consolidating their servers a bit from the super secret hosting to all in one basket, there's a ton of circumstantial evidence. -
1) I have three of my characters with a mini and one that has a few other things going on. None bought, all collected. 2) That was one of my theories, but without looking at the code, it's just a guess. 750m is probably not chump change for most. Heck, while I could afford that, I don't wanna.

Huh. iirc, it also has issues in the Auction House. (Or had)

Unless you've taken a hard hit recently to the head, your leadership is fine. I've been hanging out on Everlasting for the last year and while I think they are more consistent in getting "The Really Hard Way", I think there's a larger core of beefed out characters that are paying attention. iirc, the Excel iTrials were a little more adhoc with the schedule. On Everlasting, it may be more focused in that the Hami raid at 7pm EST happens, then there's a set TF or two, then with usual schedule iTrials of two or three. With a weekly schedule of sorts. Thought of one other thing: Everlasting tends to read chats a bit more due to all the RPG stuff? <Total theory, since I've run into the "I don't read chat" plenty of times> Either of those might contribute to it. I've seen the Magistereum fail more from knocking Cole down too fast now a bunch of times though.

I just don't get how Hover could be that disruptive. I'm guessing they had some other aura on that was the real issue and that they were hovering where you were looking. One thing I've learned over the years is to move my camera around, that little distance can help. There's also an option for turning a lot of effects off close in, but haven't had the issue myself, but might be worth looking into.

Excaliboink is fun! You should get one.

I think they'll be more like the dead mouse left you by your cat because you obviously can't fend for yourself

Curious, Is There a Point to Making a Farmer on Brainstorm ??
lemming replied to smnolimits43's topic in Brute
I think many of the same arcs are there? Honestly not sure, I know I've tested some builds in farms on Brainstorm, but probably was my own map
