I've been playing thru these and in Part 3, when you attack Talos Island, you fight Twinshot, Dillo, and Grym. I was running at 50 +2 difficulty. They showed up at 46 & 47. Luminary. Penny, & regular mobs were as expected at level 52.

90% chance of not getting it, so 90%^73 is about 0.05% I suspect that the chance is a bit lower. Maybe 10% of 10% which would give you an 8% chance of a drop after 73 tries. And I assume 73 tries with different characters, since there hasn't been 73*18 hours since the patch. ~42

The very first response gave you an idea on how. It's going to be something you're going to have to figure out, since some of your complaints, other people like. And you are complaining about 12-19 year old story setups to people that didn't write them.

On missions like that, EBs should spawn as bosses if you have the No Boss and No AV set. This doesn't always work. One thing I found recently was he was spawning Four drones of two different types in the Pandora Arcs which is more than what he used to. So there may be a bit of a bug cropping up.

And of course, one other way to start with a character:

I often start with a name, but sometimes it's a powerset concept I want to explore. For costumes: I often screw around with random, but often I'll just save like maybe the color combo and some parts. I try to screw around with costumes before they hit level 10 just because I'm being cheap, but I will often do refining at level 50.

Group fly got updated with this, since I see some people think it's still acting like it used to: Group Fly This power now applies to all pets regardless of their distance from the caster No longer inaccurately claims it applies -Acc You do still fly faster than they do, but they will either catchup, or if you get too far, they port to your location.

I had a character that was first in Champions ttrpg. Was originally a plant into a SV group. With CoH, first ran as a hero with that as a background. When CoV started them as a red sider. With Praetoria, was a mole from Primal. I did a second run on the CoV side as a Widow. And a few other of my characters have different versions on different shards.

I don't have a char with that, but I have noted Remote Bomb will sometimes just blow up on placement. Will have to check Hibernate to see if it behaves in a similar way.

There are some arcs, "Pandora's Box"?, where there is some chatter with Arachnos talking about Ice Mistral & Scirocco acting weirdly heroic ever since they came back from Dark Astoria.

I'd love a waypoint system where you set a location (probably by actually visiting it) and can teleport there from anywhere.

It's incredibly fast right now with a couple IOs, though you can cut some time off by using the tram since that's an instant ride. I'm a fan of four slotted Warp.

I've made a few of them.

To abandon missions, you don't want them active. You either don't have any active, or make one other active, call the contact of the mission you want to abandon, and hit the abandon button. Valentine event not being available probably is causing an issue. Probably will need a GM to intervene. /petition

That was the case before some past issue. They disabled that because of reasons with the caveat that the behaviour would go back to that, but it hasn't yet. So if you want to, for the level 50 arcs, just run Heather's Personal Mission a few times for all the relevant badges.

Luminara explains it well. I think now that we get a ton more, it's noticed. I haven't done a lot of new characters, and I used to run all the exploration and history badges for the Stat enhancing badges (and finishing the zone), but now I try to max the return, but I've only had a couple. What I do after getting a location badge tip, I open it, and if it's on my way, I'll get it, but I don't change my order because of the tip. And I don't windup with a change of waypoint if i hit an explore on the way unless it's the tip one.
