From: Lord Winter's Realm Trial All enemies inside the trial now spawn at internal level 30. Trial can now be started with 8 players and allows a maximum of 16 players. Added a prelude stage to defeat Winter Horde before Lord Winter spawns. Winter Guardians no longer make Winter Lord invulnerable by default. Each Guardian now has a different name and grants Lord Winter a different buff while they're alive. Elemental Guardian: 20% defense to Fire, Cold and Toxic damage. Ethereal Guardian: 20% defense to Negative, Negative Energy and Psionic damage. Corporeal Guardian: 20% defense to Smashing and Lethal damage. Six Winter Essence Crystals spawn in predefined locations in the map. Each Winter Horde critter within 30 units of a crystal adds 3% to the meter, up to 75%. Summoned pets don't count towards the meter, only critters from map spawns. Each Guardian alive adds their HP to the Winter Essence meter, up to 50% each. When Winter Essence reaches 100%, Lord Winter becomes invulnerable. The meter must be brought down to below 25% to make Lord Winter vulnerable again. Every 30 seconds, a random group will run to the nearest crystal if Winter Essence is below 75%. This will not happen if Winter Lord is currently invulnerable. Trial ends when Winter Lord is defeated. New Badge - Icebreaker: Defeat Lord Winter without letting his Winter Essence ever reach 100%.

As posted earlier, it does not. Only trains for Market Crash. The sub does work for the Train missions of Wylie though. (and probably most others) -
1/2 those people are Voltor. (I kid!) I'm toying with spinning up a second badger, but probably just going to go with a non-focused approach for a lot of it. Doing all the content, holiday stuff as they happen, and then seeing what needs filling in. The new badge tracking ability is incredibly handy.

Oh, I also don't really run my farms for speed. Tend to do AFK at a plodding course. It's not top notch income, but it supplies more than I need.

I checked my arcs and they all gave +25% at +5 vs +4. I think the game supplied mobs haven't had their reward tables completely fixed. Though the crash with Editing Groups needs fixing. I just went thru each char individually to dblcheck they were at 100% xp at max.

Not for Duelist. Arena stations are there, but no dayjob. And unhelpful suggestion: There is a throne room in the Labyrinth. Violet Wide Caves. (I'm with Rudra on this being better as just a RPG thing) On athlete, there is a stadium being built in Kallisti, though now it's more for construction. Though I'm more for just saying what your job is. It's already 3200 hours to get the dayjobs that are in the game. (not counting patroller)

And you can go to the empowerment station either in a base, or on the floor near Zoe and get KB Increase. (And toxic resist is nice to have as well)

That would mean it would have to be incarnate content, though to note, Incarnate Trials don't get that option either. You don't have the level shifts from Lore & Destiny in Tinpex. Reread where the new difficulty sliders apply: Reward tables are not updated completely yet, hence the lack of extra rewards on a lot of content. (Custom enemies in AE seem to give +25% for 55 vs 54)

Try far NE, so a long distance anyway. And doesn't work either. It makes sense, since we are taking the train to Talos. (Of course, a villain wouldn't be able to get their fare approved, but I guess they jump the turnstile and the PPD look the other way today) -

Both Maelstrom and Twinshot are Primal. I don't think we ever get the resolution completed, but I think Maelstrom got captured and brainwashed by Mother Mayhem. (At least that's my suspicion) They were part of a unit infiltrating Praetoria. That might be it, but I don't think it's spelled out anywhere. -
Turns out, you can follow someone to the Origin and get Lucid Dreamer. It doesn't always pop right away and I haven't checked to see if you still should be wearing a gladiator costume or not.

Market Crash has two missions in the East side of the map to start. Last one is a Transport mission. Hardly anyone ever goes to the KW station. Team Transport works if everyone is the same alignment (I think that's the key), but most people do Ouro and go to Talos. Just shows how rare pure villains are. It's one of the few transport missions that doesn't work with Ouro (and ferries) -

Yes, but his question was if the Market Crash mission worked with Ferries for the last mission. And apparently they do not (fixed my post above after testing) Not sure if ferries were specifically excluded, or more likely only Trains would work to go to a Wentworth's location. So Villains need to go to the KW train. -

It would be nice for Market Crash since Ouro doesn't work for it, but one always takes it to Talos (typically, FF & IP are close, and I think Cap & GV for ferry) Dangit, ferries don't work. -

Probably not a good lore request since it's more a red side, but there was an ask for a ferry as well. I'd be happy with an Ouro portal exit that dropped you on the current train station. -
I missed that on the patch notes. Seems like they're fairly useless now and instead of 2 unstable, they may as well just award a Prismatic. Their only use now is a 3-1 conversion to Prismatic. Being account bound, you can mail them to yourself and that's it. So yea, random, or why bother having them.

I tend to dislike them too. If cut down to 10 instead of 20, I'd groan less. If the engine could do it: Have it set to 20, but random chance of finding the one hunted that gives up the info. So, you might get lucky and just have to whack one. The labyrinth changes are very cool. I didn't have the time or patience to hunt down the clues like GP (though I did find all the first group of clues before getting a major hint from them) -
I tend to try to build a fairly rounded tank lately for level 20 content, but I do tend to lean toward the defense side first. There are some pool picks I try to cram in if possible such as Teleport Target since it's an all around useful power.

Could be that some mobs are giving better XP. From what I understand it's not a one place change.

I'm inclined to agree with smaller updates, but the HC team have their own schedules to coordinate, etc... My experience from the SW world is that devs love documentation, but hate writing it.

It was ridiculously expensive. I remember looking at it when the change was in beta. I'd rather do 20 heather arcs.
