You're assuming marketeers and Inf hoarders simply held 2B per character in their personal holding. No. You would "bank" it in unbuyable items with zero stock on the market. And 50 slots gives you LOTS of bankable area. Granted, for the rare character who had L53 HOs by 2009-2010 could clean up by sniping these. But no risk, no reward.

Nope. It could be tied up on the market for certain unbuyable items. And you could have approximately 50+ slots after the implentation of the cash shop. At 1.9B x per market slot. 95B+ I spread my inf a bit thinner than that of course. And I had about half a dozen dedicated "bank" toons. But I wasn't batting in the T's myself. And in e-mail. Though this was more limited since it was global.

Just saying, the best Defense is no Offense.

TECHNICALLY, you're not "perma" Light Form. If you turn off all the Force Feedback procs, you're at 153.8% recharge. Light Form comes up in 90.47 PRACTICALLY, you're "perma". But, every now and again, you're going to have a tiny window where your Resists are going to crash, leaving you vulnerable.

As a counterpoint to this. Dead ARRESTED enemies deal a maximum of 0 (Zero) damage.

I have that happen a lot with CJ and Maneuvers. Sitting there going "Why the #@(%! are my Defenses so low? OH! HI THERE!"

Trillion, as in 1,000,000,000,000. I was just short of 100B before close and liquidated it all for prestige for my SG base. I think I wound up #13 in total prestige for the Protector server.

Also, what's to stop people from up-voting a farm? There's enough farmers out there that it's not a horrendous deal to get 50 people to upvote you.

Not a big fan of sacrificing that much Defense in E/N. Remember, Defense is, essentially 2x as effective at mitigating damage as Resistance. You're sacrificing 11% Defense for a 7% E/N Resist boost. You're also sacrificing 4% F/C Defense and about 14% F/C Resist/ Granted your Tox/Psi is much better. However, most of where you're going to see Psi damage is going to be in Incarnate content. So you're turning over greater utility in 99% of the game to make you marginally tougher in less than 1%, and mainly edge cases.

Just remember to always check Defense without the Alpha. And if your S/L is well above 90%, TURN OFF TOUGH! As long as your Resistance is at 90%, you're set. And you save End.

Not even a little. I used to be one of the richer players in the game from marketeering. And there were several people, prominent farmers as well as marketeers who could buy and sell me multiple times over.

Let me just say, first. I have all the respect in the world for the guys at Paragon. I'm prepared to love them unconditionally for the rest of forever for giving us this game. That being said... If the devs didn't know, FROM THE OUTSET, that AE was going to be used for EXACTLY this, even with all their "safeguards", they were asleep at the wheel. They approached it "creatively", rather than "mathematically". And we had some DAMN fine mathematicians in the community who could calculate out maximum rewards for minimum effort. And in the end when you're running regular content and you've got a few million saved up. Meanwhile an AE Farmer farmer is running a farm with several TRILLION in the bank? That kind of imbalance only persists for so long before people do the calculations themselves.

Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of proc builds. And I would rather have CR up as often as possible. Also, CJ would then give you access to Super Jump, so Mighty Leap... *HINT*HINT*

You have no use for RPD? But you took...Tough... Also, you're rocking Maneuvers, instead of Combat Jumping which gives the same Defense for a fraction of the Endurance cost? What you have no real need of is Conserve Power and Physical Perfection... Slight rework:
